Good value for money and close to amenities.

The apartment was in a good location close to all amenities. Hosts wwew very helpful in providing all the relevant information. Good value for money.

A few things in the kitchen such as a tea towel, oven glove would have been helpful. Was not able to set temp on oven as knob was broken so it was stuck at a high temp. The ensuite bathroom did smell a bit so the door was kept closed and there was only one working light in tbe bathroom, the one over the toilet didn't work. The main bathroom had hair in the bath on arrival and didn't seem to have been cleaned properly.

Lovely clean spacious apartment with two good sized bedrooms, Good location with nearby cafes, restaurants and bars, Belfast city centre was only a 15 minute walk away or a short bus ride,

Sink in ensuite very small due to lack of space. A tea towel for drying crockery not supplied.

Spacious, clean, fantastic location, accessible to city centre local bars and restaurants local supermarkets

Nothing for the apartment... but... Neighbours, the noise every night after 11pm was so loud from other apartments in the building, laughing, shouting, it sounding like they were in the bedroom with me! The banging of doors, very echoing sounds. The front door shakes everytime somebody closed another door in the building it shook the front door, in the end I used the shower matt to wedge underneath to stop the noise.

Excellent - Would definitely stay here again

Great communication with lots of helpful information and access to property details (Flat 4). We all agreed the beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very spacious, clean and tidy. Fantastic location on a quiet leafy street with good access to transport if needed (we were 2 couples, but would have felt safe travelling alone). We had breakfast in Maggie May's cafe nearby as recommended by hosts - it was great food and friendly service. Would definitely look to stay at The Queen's Quarter Apartments if visiting Belfast again.

Nothing really. The only thing was the cooker took a bit of guess work due to the oven dials - not sure if the markings had just worn off. Maybe a tea towel would be useful? Hardly an issue though.

We both thought the place was wonderful to stay in, great location, with a few caveats that definitely broke the overall

I enjoyed how spacious it was and the cleanliness of the apartment. It was not difficult to find and the location was perfect for walking to botanic, the museum and enjoying the selection of takeaway and restaurants on the Lisburn Road

Personal preference but the bed was much softer than expected. There was a bad smell in the fridge and that carried over when we left any items in it. There was no toiletries as mentioned in the description. The TV was outdated and wasn't a smart tv that allows for Netflix, Disney, Hulu etc. and contacting the host didn't help as they didn't know if the tv was capable of these features or not. Wifi was either not available most of the time or it kept disconnecting and reconnecting be it sitting in the living area or in the first bedroom closest to the router.

Good location - close to the university area and lots of cafes and restaurants within a shortish walk. Very quiet area. Parking was on street and relatively easy to find. The apartment itself was very clean - everything was pristine and the whole apartment had a fresh feel to it.
