Apartment was clean & spacious. Great location
Bathroom, although lovely, was not practical. Wash hand basin was much too small & there was nowhere to hang towels

Host was most helpful and even advised where to park and give recommendations for a good restaurant
Outside was very shabby with poor lighting and tree leaves at door step which were slippy

The location of the property is great. It is near Queens University, lots of cafes and restaurants, the Botanic Gardens and many other places.
It gets dirty quickly because of dirt and dust coming from the hallway (dead leaves, etc.) - There is a gap between the apartment entrance door and the floor. The entire flat floors are covered with vinyl, there are no hooks for hanging the towels in the bathroom (very bare). Nevertheless, the host was kind in letting us check in early and check out later than 11am.
