Hit the spot

12 of us over for the weekend. Just needed somewhere as a "base camp" to get our heads down. This place hit the spot. Good communication before arrival, easy access to the property, clean and secure

Bad location, not very clean and poor showers

The keypad entry is a great idea so people could come back when they wanted and not to have to worry about having a key

The location is in a rough area, we were frequently told to stay in large groups and not to to walk back on our own. The street smelt of marijuana .The showers on the second and third floor we rubbish. The pressure wasn’t good and the temperature were mainly freezing cold. The place wasn’t very clean with breadsticks under beds, dirt on the window sills and the hob was very bad. The toilet seat didn’t fit on the toilet in the downstairs toilet. The photos on the site do not represent what you get.

It was a very enjoyable visit to Belfast. There was a lovely park by the accommodation

We were a group of females ageing from 44-90 and it was lovely to have space to socialise. Beds were clean and comfortable. Location was good

The only thing that let this property down in a big way, was the showers, the water pressure was awful and it was either hot if freezing

Location near queens. Beds very comfortable. Clean and basic. Good communication with owner

Immediate area very rundown lots of derelict properties.Maintenance issues with showers ( hot/cold pressure etc ) light bulbs. Very little toilet paper no coffee making facilities.

Pleasant and spacious

There was a lot of space for a large group. Having 4 separate bathrooms was a huge plus. The location is nice for getting to downtown Belfast easy. The neighborhood is fairly good for Belfast. There was plenty of dishes and linens.

There were many light fixtures with missing/broken bulbs. There is a window broken in one of the upstairs rooms that will not fully close. On a Saturday night, there were a number of drunk kids who were yelling and banging on doors at 3 AM.

Was a great house for a group ensuite rooms was brilliant place was lovely and clean and heat was on making a wonderful welcome

Toilets were had to flush at times and took along time to fill up. In morning the top bedrooms had either no weather or very little we just used other bathrooms

The house was warm, and the beds were very comfortable. The hose is around the corner from Queens Universiy and was perfect for our stay as a family of 8.

No hand soup is available, and only one roll of toilet rolls in each bathroom

House was ok for 2 night stay in Belfast

Big clean house with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and a big communal area for the sitting room/kitchen. Free street parking outside the house.

The front door could be difficult at times to open, it takes a few goes with the door code. Some repairs needed in the house - window handles missing, handles from shower doors fallen off, hole in kitchen ceiling, bin lids in bathrooms broken and fall off when you open them. The lock on the window in the kitchen was broken, meaning someone outside could push the window up easily enough which isn't great for security/safety
