We stayed at this apartment for the weekend and had a great experience. The place has three very spacious bedrooms, which was more than comfortable for four adults. The living room and kitchen are both very large, giving us plenty of space to relax and spend time together. There are two bathrooms, one of them being an ensuite, which was very convenient. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. The area was also very quiet and peaceful, with no chaos at all. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing stay — we would definitely recommend it.

Great apartment and Chris was amazing and very helpful. Kept in touch all the way to check in.

We decided to walk into the Christmas markets instead of transport in and although it was 15-20 minutes for us it felt very quick as the road in is very simple and the location is nicely tucked away. Place was spotless, loads of rooms to get cozy in and plenty of amenities. Tea and coffee were in the kitchen along with milk in the fridge and a very informative binder on the surrounding area. I visited Belfast with some English friends (I’m Irish and have been there enough times to know) and even I was impressed with the location and information in the folder.

Comfortable clean property in a good location about 20 minutes walk from City centre. Accommodation provides good value for money for a maximum of 6 adults in 3 separate bedrooms
Nit picking here but would be good to have shampoo/ body wash provided

Perfect location to get to all areas. Rooms all comfortable and everything you need to make it a great stay. We were a group of 4 friends so 2 of us had a double room each and 2 shared the twin room but it could have slept 6 people easily if you shared the doubles plus one of the doubles had an en-suite which was a bonus as that meant two bathrooms for getting ready! In the kitchen they had provided coffee/tea and there was fresh milk in the fridge which was very welcome. The host met us there and gave us loads of helpful information, advice and personal recommendations. We found this a really nice personal touch.

Excellent personal communication from Chris, lots of info before, plus a very good meet and greet. Fully equipped apartment suited our family perfectly, parking on site and bus stop outside front gate.

Place was very clean and Alan was very helpful in recommending places and sights to see. Also they have a discount code for the hop on and hop off bus.
The property is a short walk to the Ulster museum which is a free entry and would highly recommend visiting. This is also where you get on the bus. The surrounding park grounds are lovely for a walk around.

Chris met us at the property to give us the keys and share a little about the area and top tips for getting about etc. He was lovely and friendly. Prior to staying, I had been in touch to ask whether it would be ok to have two travel cots in the property and Chris got back in touch promptly and was really helpful. The property was lovely, spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a comfy stay with our young children. The location was fab - close to the Botanics (would highly recommend a trip to the indoor Tropical Ravine!), the Ulster Museum, and loads of great places to eat (Nico's Pizza at the end of the road was great for take out!). There was a bus stop right outside with regular buses in to the central area. We went to St George's Indoor Market and had a lovely coffee and cake and then walked up to the Titanic Experience, which was well worth a visit. If you have kids, there are several fab play parks nearby. One in the Botanics and one in the big park across the River. Great place to stay!
Really can't fault our stay!

Met personally outside by owner. He spent some time with us explaining everything. Super communication throughout. More than helpful.
Entrance gate a bit tricky but once a local resident showed us the knack we managed better.

We really enjoyed the location. We walked around to the Botanical Gardens and they were lovely! Our apartment was tastefully updated and had all the amenities, including coffee, tea and milk! Chris met us to welcome us and give us tips and information about the area. We dined at restaurants close by and they were very accommodating. One of our travelers was using a wheelchair, and the apartment was convenient and the taxi services very accommodating. We would live to stay here again!

Chris met us on arrival, was able to let us check in early and gave us a talk about things to do in and around Belfast. He had a lot of knowledge and the property was perfect for what we wanted.

Excellent communication from host and everything we needed was readily available. Host provided lots of advice on where to go and what to eat too, couldn’t fault their willingness to make it a great stay for us. Great space to relax after a long day in the city and close by to everything that one would want and need for a break in the city.
Some of the mattresses could do with a freshen up, but apart from that couldn’t find fault with anything.

Location good. Property a bit tired. Bed linen could do with updating. But everything worked well and host was excellent.

Chris met us at the apartment as soon as we landed which was a good few hours earlier than the usual check in time. Chris gave us a talk on the local area, restaurants, museums, bus routes & bars. Chris kept In touch through message before the stay with details of the local area. Which were very helpful and enabled us to plan some activities before arrival. Chris was available to contact throughout our stay but we didn't need to as everything was explained throughly. The apartment is about 15 mins from city airport.
The apartment was equipped with milk, tea coffee sugar. Which we weren't expecting, fresh towels and super comfy beds. A few board games for the wee ones. There is a couple of local spar shops within walking distance.
Bus stop is right outside the gates with a bus into town (£1.80) every 10 minutes or a 25 minute walk. The ulster museum and Botanic Gardens is at the end of University Avenue within walking distance and is well worth a visit. A small donation is asked at the museum.
We did the Hop on hop off bus which stops about 10 minute walk away from the apartment outside the University. Their are various tour operators and we went with the tour recommended by Chris (details supplied in the info Brochure at the apartment) The tour was very informative and as the weather was kind to us the open top was a bonus.

the 7a/7b bus service passing right outside the property was very convenient
the noise from passing traffic and pedestrians took a bit of getting used to (our own house sits in a fairly quiet cul de sac)

Chris was waiting for us on arrival, having texted throughout the day. He showed us into the property and gave an excellent introduction to the local area and Belfast in general. The place has secure parking behind an automatic gate. Place was warm and clean and the location was good. Plenty of room to cook, eat and sit in the lounge. 3 good bedrooms, one with a tiny ensuite. The other bathroom was fine.
It is a ground floor apartment which made moving luggage in really easy, but it meant it was quite noisy at night - lots of student life around the streets outside at all hours. Bed linen felt rather thin, old and multi-coloured - I think nice crisp white linen would be more appropriate.

A lovely apartment that was a great location as well as being a relaxing place to stay in. Close to some Spars, takeaways, bus services, Botanic Gardens etc

Location was great, walkable to most places or bus available. Easy entry into city centre. Hosts were extremely helpful and friendly and provided lots of ideas on things to see and places to go. They also were kind enough to retrieve a left-behind item for us. The location was close to Queens campus and botanical garden. Lots of restaurants and pubs nearby. Quiet as it was summer break, so not many students about. There was a party two doors down the last night but we didn't hear a thing, so either they were very respectful of the neighbours or the soundproofing was excellent.

Student area so a little noisy. Didn’t impact our overall enjoyment as we were within walking distance of city centre and other attractions.

The kitchen was well stocked and equipped for our needs.
There was no soap, shampoo & conditioner, body wash and dishwashing liquid supplied. A washer/dryer would be handy for long stay.

We stayed here for a weekend break. The apartment has 3 double rooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room and kitchen. It is in a lovely gated area and you feel safe. You can walk to the center in about 10/15 mins but there are loads of restaurants and takeaways near by. There is a bus service right outside into town for £1.60. The host organised a taxi to pick us up from the airport then met us and helped settle us in. I would definitely recommend staying here
