Great location, the city centre is just 20 mins on foot!
Deposit was promptly returned.
Stores nearby. Parking on street was no issue.
Bottle of wine and crisps a nice touch.
Clean.
You have to upload your passport on a weird (AI generated?) website which does not even have a proper privacy policy. Not ok for such sensitive documents!
And then you're told to open some useless handbook link to complete the process.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped. It was clean, with thoughtful touches to ensure guests have what they need. Communication was excellent, with video explanations for the heating etc.
It's in a good, quiet location, close to plenty of restaurants, a frequent bus service or 20 mins walk to the centre.
The bed in the second, smaller bedroom is not very comfortable as it's low, and not the best mattress. The crack in the window mentioned by another reviewer has not been fixed.
The sofa and chairs in the lounge are functional but not especially comfortable.
The pictures are accurate, but don't show the second bedroom, probably because it's less appealing than the main bedroom. So given the price I felt this was slightly misleading, hence the score of 8.

The property was in a good location, it was clean, all the amenities we needed.
The first bedroom window had a large crack across it, so made the staff aware of this so hopefully it will be sorted, we didn’t use that room.
The beds were not very comfortable, for older people, could of been better, comfort ok for 2 people for a few nights but no longer as couch was quite hard, tv was quite high up aswell so bit uncomfortable to watch.

Excellent location close to cafes and restaurants in nearby Botanic Avenue and about 20 minutes walk from the city centre. You can get a train to Titanic from Botanic Avenue if you fancy that, very cheap. The flat itself is quiet and cosy, nicely decorated and light. Everything worked fine. The bottle of wine and packet of crisps on arrival was a nice touch.
Very little. The front door to the building tended to stick and was hard to close and the corkscrew didn't function. But these are really minor things!
