Great stay, highly recommend and Anne is very responsive and helpful!

Great location, lovely hosts and good facilities. Plenty of pots + pans and cooking utensils. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Tesco and a spar nearby also.

TV remote a bit dodgy, but it's useable. Showers are very nice but a tiny bit small. No big complaints and overall positive stay!

Highly Recommend

Amazing place overall! Less than a 5 minute walk to Queen’s University and 15 minute walk to the city centre. The apartment was safe, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Check in was easy and Anne was super helpful! Highly recommend.

Lovely comfortable flat

The flat was ideally situated next to Queen’s University with lots of cafes and entertainment venues only steps away. We were attending a wedding at queens film theatre and the Belfast Empire Music Hall and both were within 10 minutes walk. The flat easily accommodated our family of 5 adults and 3 children. Washing machine and dishwasher in great condition. Code access meant everyone could come and go independently. Tesco Express and cafe below the flat.

Excellent apartment close to the centre of Belfast..

It was exceptionally clean.close to the city centre..it was a very spacious…there was a large party of guys in the upstairs apartment but we never even heard a foot step from them….

It could be a bit noisy at night from outside when you were in the sitting room but there’s nothing you can do about that..there was no noise heard from the bedrooms.

Great location, central to the city centre and next to a Tescos which is helpful. Property was quiet and beds were comfy. The host responded to our messages quickly on Whatsapp. Good size for 3 people to stay.

The wifi did not work the entire time we were there (4x nights) which was annoying since we were on a work trip. The apartment was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived, there were hairs on the bathroom floor and the kitchen had old food on the surfaces and in some of the pans. We had to clean it on arrival which was not pleasant.

We had a great time and loved our stay.

The apartment is light and airy with great facilities. Lovely and spacious. From there it is so easy to get around to see the city and beyond. We really enjoyed our stay there and Anne was so helpful. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an amazing stay here. The facilities are lovely. Very clean. Great showers. The team are easy to contact. Tesco and Chippy below so great location. 15 minute drive to cathedral quarter. Thankyou

Rooms where good size, instructions were good for getting inside the apartment

Kitchen did not have kitchen towels, No bin spare bin bags, Cot bed was not clean and not set up properly. The iron box was dirty and state of ironing board was shambles.

Perfect, couldn’t have asked for better

The property is so spacious and clean, has everything you could need. The owner as well was so attentive and relied so quickly, we had absolutely no issues and a great time. Heating works perfectly and the instructions you receive before getting there are clear and easy to understand. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Not too bad, but I’ll up the budget next time in Belfast for a bit nicer place.

Location was good. Bus stop in front of unit and plenty of places to eat very close. Apartment was spacious enough and beds were ok.

This place seemed a little beat up with nicks in the walls, chips in paint, etc. Furniture provided and placement weren’t thought out very well, in my opinion. I wish owners/managers would spend a few nights in their own rentals to see how it is to live there. Maybe we would see some better lighting and places to set things.

The chips shop below had a very noisy exhaust fan. The apt manager attempted to work with the Chips shop to reduce the noise but it meant that we were unable to open the window in the back bedroom.

The place was super central and the host was accommodating as I made the reservation last minute. The photos don't do it justice, the place is massive and really welcoming.

Run down

Great location, hosts were very attentive and kept in touch. Well equipped apartment. Good size for a group of friends.

The property was really run down, looked like it had been used as a party flat or student accommodation; holes in the walls, poor finishing and just generally needed a bit of TLC. The toilets, showers etc were clean but the fan in one of the bathrooms was full of oost and left a funny smell. The skirtings in both of the bathrooms were mouldy and needed a good clean/freshen up. It was very warm during our stay and the apartment was unbearably hot to the point 3 out of 4 of us struggled to sleep. We left the windows open but as females travelling were a bit wary of this with the back lane. The noise from Tesco unloading etc also impacted sleep. A fan the summer months would useful. All in all apartment has a lot of potential but just needs a bit of a deep clean and TLC.

Location was great, the host was responsive when we asked for a loo seat repair and towels

The Cleanliness needs to be looked at, at a first glance it's ok, but there is quite a lot of mould from condensation on the windows and in the bathroom, also only 2 bath sheets provided for 3 people, when asked for more, we received 4 of the small sized towels... Not a massive issue but it's the small things that make a stay great.

Nice place, nice location.

It was close to everything that makes our stay pleasant.

We had issue with the heater in our 1st night as it didn't come up and the whole apartment was extremely cold. I called the customer care and I got a response that they were closed for the day! We had 2 years old baby! I had to put on the cooker and a full, opened pot of water on it the whole night, while I literally stayed awake for the apartment to get some warm. I set my alarm for every 2 hours in the event of my falling asleep. The heater was eventually fixed the next day about 2pm and I demanded a compensation, and I got a day free. We spent 4 nights.
