The location is spectacular if you are visiting belfast to tour Queen's University, Ulster Museum and the Botanic Gardens. There are many restaurants and pubs nearby. It is an exceedingly safe location. There was plenty of room in the apartment for my daughter and I to unwind and not be on top of each other when we wanted alone time.
Street noise was a little loud with students meandering home from pubs loudly until 1 am. I was unbothered by this because I live in a city. Not anything the host can control. There was rotting food in the fridge when we arrived, and the fridge was turned off. Also only 2 forks and a warped skillet made cooking a little challenging. The bathroom is large, but remained chilly no matter how the thermostat was set.

The room style, and location is very good.
The cooking utensils are not fully equipped. The kitchen utensils are rather simple and of average quality, not meeting my expectations. The cleanliness of the room is also average. The sofa and carpet are slightly dirty. The toilet in the bathroom is shaking.
