I'm disappointed with its price.

The room style, and location is very good.

The cooking utensils are not fully equipped. The kitchen utensils are rather simple and of average quality, not meeting my expectations. The cleanliness of the room is also average. The sofa and carpet are slightly dirty. The toilet in the bathroom is shaking.

Location, interior aesthetics, super comfy couch and bed, easily accessible to anything you'd need. Amazing neighbourstyle restaurants near by and a Tesco express a mere yards away, 12 minute walk to centre

Upstairs neighbours a bit loud, but in all fairness it was a saturday night. Only 2 forks for 3 of us was a bit awkward, a few communication issues when booking, theres a few unusual things but its totally fine, overall 8/10 definitely would return

Sweet, tidy, comfortable and simple. Overall amazing

I really enjoy staying here the place is tidy, comfortable, and well-maintained. The kitchen is definitely my favourite part of the apartment, especially because my mom loves to cook. Another great convenience is that a halal store is located just nearby, which makes shopping much easier for us. Overall, it has been a very pleasant experience living here

Pleasent, helpful, informative, clean and cosy

Great communication via message and as accommodating as could be, lovely treats left for us which was lovely it being my birthday weekend! Clean comfy and cosy, lovely apartment and would definitely recommend. Tesco across the road, cafe Nero below and a lovely restaurant called below called holohans below so everything you need if you do want to go too far some days!

A beautiful apartment in an excellent location.

Lovely apartment in a good location. Very handy for Queens University and Botanic Avenue. Only about a 20 minute walk into central Belfast or quicker on the pink bus. Good communication from Central Apartments and the apartment was beautiful and had everything you needed. We will be staying here again when we visit our daughter who is working here for a year

A big pan to cook a spaghetti Bolognese would be welcomed next time we come.

All amenities local transport to the centre running every 10 minutes coffee before the apartment great restaurant serving Irish food all staff so friendly around the area would recommend to all visitors really enjoyed my stay would recommend this apartment and area highly to all visitors thanks to all concerned

Felt like a home from home, had everything we needed for our stay, lovely kitchen and living area, nice and clean, close to lots of shops and botanical gardens which is lovely to walk around

Had fun and enjoyed proper Guinness and a relaxing time.

Very clean and very spacious too plus there is a cafe Nero downstairs and Tesco express over the road. Belfast city is walking distance and there’s a bus outside the apartment takes you to most places.

It's a fabulous place to stay

I liked he location, (close to most interesting places), the nice fragrance of the entire place, spacious apartment, the detailed decor, the thoughtfulness of providing everything needed for an apartment especially the kitchen utensils (nothing was missing), the welcome treats, all appliances was working well. suggestion of places of interest and discount as well, xtral sofa bed and alot more.

I had to look for where to trash the waste 😃 and the refundable deposit 😉

It was a lovely stay.

It’s clean, lots of restaurant nearby and walking distance to the centre (20-30 mins).

The noise outside during night time you can hear every car and loud talks from the outside better bring some ear plugs.

Unnecessary deposit payment

Beautifully clean, spacious apartment with everything you could need for even much long stay. Very good location and the best pizzeria next door was perfect treat for kids. Tesco Express across the road was handy too.

Paying deposit was big down side as instructions on opening door came much later than Paying for 2 night stay. Message with code came late after all messages about special offers for Belfast attractions and I missed out the one with code to get into apartment.When I rang number to talk to someone at 6pm then there was no answer, I emailed with no immediate answer until following morning . Very stressful experience for a tired mother travelling all day with 2 kids to pay over 500 POUNDS for 2 nights and then nobody answer phone call or email and we couldn't get into our place. We ended up staying in nearby hotel for an extra money but at least there was someone at the reception to ask and answer our questions

Horrendous

Location

It was freezing and the heating we couldn’t work for hours and we got no help, the fire alarm of the building was going off when we arrived until mid day the next day and we didn’t sleep the first night and we got no help, from the moment I booked I got harassed by email and phone call regarding a booking deposit and the approach and attitude of the staff was as if we were criminals coming to stay and I’m a Prof and we were a couple going on our Valentines weekend away and even the check out time of 10am we had to pay extra, there was no proper apology or acknowledgment of the alarm disruption or the heating issue and I’ve never felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable going to stay anywhere else in my life. To the point that I wanted to cancel the booking but was told we wouldn’t get a refund. Even departing the worry of getting my deposit back was unpleasant and the communication at all times felt rude and abrupt.
