Near to restaurants and shops to get supplies from. Close to city centre.
The street was full of overflowing bins.
The oven didn't work. Asked for help and got a reply that was condescending. Bedside lamp didn't work.
I would say it was a student flat. Top of washing machine at some point had something spilt on it.
Advertised as a ground floor flat, at no point was it made clear that you could be assigned any flat in the building.
Building site outside front door which meant parking was difficult during working hours.

We love the easy access to Belfast City Centre (7mins bus ride or 20mins walk), the quietness of the place and how spacious apartment C is.
Everything was well thought for short stays. Could add a kitchen towel😉

clean and convenient. hot water and heating very good.
rather basic overall. beds not very comfortable. there was not any bedding for the sofa in the kitchen though we booked for 5 people. would be nice to include some washing machine pods for guests
