The property was clean, comfortable and homely. We had an issue with fridge but they fixed straight away and were extremely helpful.
The towels could be bigger and having some cleaning equipment eg surface spray, bleach etc would be helpful to keep on top of the areas.

Very convenient location and simple check in/out process. The flat is rather small but had everything we needed. Very good communication from the owners.
Construction site right across the road and no curtains on the window in the kitchen meant there was no privacy with builders being able to see straight in the kitchen window 🙈
In one of the bedrooms there was a sock (very dirty sock) on the floor that didn’t belong to us.
The doors are all so tight not only my kids (6 and 10 yo) but I also struggled with them big time.
The walls are very thin - we could hear the neighbors as if they were in the same flat.
