Luxurious 2 Bedroom City Centre Apartment Walking Distance to Everything Sleeps 6

Good location close to everything. Spacious, everything there you need. Staff/Andrew very helpful if you need anything just send message and he got back quickly.

I feel the apartment was clean/tidy but the bathrooms need a deep clean and there was a smell of damp in them. Also the people above made a lot of noise. Other than that I had no other issues.

Overall this is a really good apartment for family stay or groups, clean, comfortable & within 10min walk of city center. 1. LOCATION: EXCELLENT - very central & close to everything 2. TRANSPORT: GOOD - close to Train Stataion (5-7min walk), City Buses (5-10mins) 3. BEDROOMS: V.GOOD - 2 rooms w/double beds, comfy, good bedding linens, clean, aircon, spacious 4. BATHROOMS: V.GOOD - big, clean, relatively new, good sized showers, w/windows for airflow (master bedroom ensuite) 5. KITCHEN: GOOD - fridge, fullsize freezer, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, utensils, clothes washer/dryer combo 6: DINING AREA: GOOD - family table & chairs, good light, big windows, patio door; clothes hanger 7. LIVING AREA: GOOD - L-shape Sofas setup (1 is sofa bed, fits 2 persons), good bedding, TV screen, spacious 8. HOST: V.GOOD - Andrew is fully communicative (Booking App or direct WhatsApp), very helpful & good instructions 9. LOCAL AREA: GOOD - Many cafes, restaurants, shops & bars along Botanic Ave and Donegal Pass

Not much to dislike...a few comments: 1. Multiple keyboxes at entrance gate... so carefully study Andrew's instruction photos to locate your correct keybox 2. Apartment located inside gated entrance appt. block on a quiet road off Dublin Rd. & Donegal Pass... for those unfamiliar w/Belfast, will note the extensive hanging of union jack flags on street poles and especially in surrounding residential area flats, which may be disconcerting, however the area we considered to be generally safe during our week there. Overall we would definitely recommend staying in this lovely apartment for your Belfast trip

Die Lage war top

Leider waren viele der Möbel kaputt (lose Stuhlbeine zum Beispiel) und die Wohnung war leider nicht sauber. Unter dem Sofa lag ne alte Flasche (wahrscheinlich von dem letzten Gast), wir mussten erstmal saugen damit man einigermaßen mit sauberen Socken durch die Wohnung konnte. Der Parkplatz der bei der Unterkunft dabei ist war 1 Tag von wem anders belegt (dies wurde an die Hausverwaltung gemeldet, hat aber keine Konsequenzen gehabt)
