Location, parking, cleanliness and great attitude from staff.
Elderly people attending Belfast City Hospital will find this accommodation impossible to beat but if they have spinal arthritis like me they will need supportive cushions for the sofas.
They are fine for nearly everyone but as someone who needs mobility aids and extra back support I find a large back cushion that I bring from home makes my stay much more comfortable .

We had 2 apartments and children in our party. There were toys in the corridor that were much appreciated by these children
There was a strong smell of spices/takeaway in one of the apartments. A bit unpleasant

The property is in a good location. Great to have parking, and that it’s pet friendly. The apartments are very spacious
The cleanliness could have been better. Dirty kitchen table, dirty floors. Splash marks on bathroom walls.
The main bedroom was freezing. Despite the radiator being on, as it was positioned behind furniture the room was cold. No spare blankets or duvets in the property.
The oven had no shelves, so impossible to use for cooking
