The location is inner city terrace as described. The city centre is walkable, but there is a good bus service as well. The house is well appointed and comfortable.
I was very surprised to be asked for a damage deposit by the management company. They wanted this via an external weblink. Booking.com specifically advise on their general literature not to use external weblinks due to the potential of scams.
