Come and relax in this newly renovated house which is decorated to a high standard throughout. The rooms are bright and airy, and we offer one luxurious double bedroom, a cosy single, and a gorgeous triple room all with memory foam mattresses for your ultimate comfort.
The living and dining room is an elegant space to relax, have a romantic dinner, or a lovely family reunion. With our cosy, comfortable sofa you can chill out with friends, or watch Freeview TV, and enjoy a relaxing and tranquil evening after a long day. The sofa also converts into an extra double bed so we can accommodate everyone in your party.
Our fully fitted kitchen has everything you may need to make your stay feel like home, and it is well equipped with crockery and appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tea/coffee making facilities. The modern bathroom is complete with a shower and bath, and there are fresh towels and bed linen available regularly. We also have free toiletries and a hairdryer for your convenience.

Nice clean place to stay. Stairs are very steep - a bit of an unexpected challenge for our 92-year-old, but she did it! The mattresses were very comfy. We would stay here again.

The place was good and very clean. I would be careful with the stairs and a little unusual have a bathroom and powder room side by side. Overall a nice place but not for the physically challenged.

Friendly, helpful host. The house had easy access to local bus and tram services into the city.
The house was clean and tidy, nicely decorated and a real pleasure to stay at.
