The location was quiet, central, near St Georges market and the riverfront. The property has a bath which we appreciated. The central heating worked brilliantly and the flat warmed up quickly when we needed it. I liked sitting on the sofa with my feet up after a great day out at the Titanic Museum
We loved the crisps and wine that was left for us, and also the tea and coffee. We would have liked salt and pepper too to save buying it!

Great location, very clean and comfortable to stay. Staff was also a great help and sent loads of info to help me get into the property and things to do
Could do with a few touch ups in areas like paint etc but that if I was going to be really picky and extra sugar and tea bags as there was 4 of us staying for 3 nights

Centrally located and comfortable eventually.
We arrived as we advised around 17.30 to a freezing cold apartment (outside temperature was 7c. We then turned on the boiler but it wouldn’t turn on as it had F22 fault. We contacted Central Belfast Apartments but only got voicemail. We then sent an email to them. In the meantime we called Burgoyne Plumbing and Heating (from a sticker on the boiler) who advised what we needed to do to get the system working which was increase the boiler pressure. We did as instructed and although on the flat remained very cold. A handyman from the Belfast Apartments did arrive and he did various actions. We had to go out but upon our return he had gone but the boiler pressure was now at 3.20 and the plumbing people said it shouldn’t exceed 1.5 bar. The boiler website advised that Valiant boilers automatically turn off at 3.0bar - which didn’t happen. My daughter and I were concerned and turned off the boiler for the night despite being very cold. Why didn’t Belfast Apartments check the boiler prior to our visit and expose us to what could have been an explosion? Very unhappy with their negligence. The boiler was sorted out on the second day but cast a pale over the whole trip.

Well located in nice and central area

Great location, perfect for walking into the city centre and exploring. The bed was super comfortable, and having a washing machine made doing laundry easy. The complimentary bottle of wine and crisps was a lovely touch.
The only small downside was the shower. It didn’t get as hot as we’d like and the pressure was on the low side, but it was more of a minor annoyance than a complaint.

Heat did not work on first night. I reset early following morning and then came right due to low water pressure.

The facilitates spaces in the apartment were good
The building is tired and there was litter in the foyer. The wifi in the apartment did not work and the apartment needed vacuuming

The location.Very central, very safe.
The bed was fine although there was something slightly off about it. It was a little too soft for my liking, but everyone is different on this. However, I kept getting the sense that I was about to roll out at the side.

Our apartment was beautiful, very clean and centrally located in Belfast. The information provided by them was very clear, it explained how to access the apartment and car park and gave lots of detail to get us settled in. Lauren at the Central Belfast Apartments office was lovely and very helpful. The secure underground parking is great peace of mind. I will be recommending citygate to friends and family.
Check out was a bit early at 10 am. I didn't actually read the detail until the night before we were to check out. As we'd been to a wedding, we found we needed a little more time that morning to get ourselves organised! Thankfully a quick call to their office and we could pay for a late checkout. It is the earliest checkout time I've seen though and would perhaps make me think twice if I knew I was going to a late event the night before leaving. That said, I cant fault our stay at all.

The Team were very responsive via WhatsApp answering any queries.

Good location, great for groups
Not very clear instructions about the key.
Too much information needed for check in, they asked for all of our ids before and the deposit

We had a great stay in this comfortable apartment, its spacious rooms made it easy to relax in. The apartment had everything you would expect including a washing machine. The location is quiet and the city very walkable from here. Secure parking in the basement.

Location was very good.
The handling of the security deposit.
The email we got sounded like a scam email to me - (... require a security deposit of £250).
Maybe this was my fault but I do get a lot of scam emails and I thought this might have been one of them so I ignored it.
We barely got the documentation completed before 5:00pm when we realized it wasn't a scam but we came close to missing out on a room even though we had paid the full amount. It wasn't a good start to staying at the hotel.

The location was fantastic for our needs. Apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.
The only downside is paying a deposit which you don’t do at hotels. Although it is understandable why that is in place.

The wrong keys were in our allocated lockbox but we contacted City apartments and the caretaker came in good time to give us the right set.
We were able to check in earlier than 3 which was good as we could lock our car in a secure location.
The apartments are very close to the centre.
Good to have 2 bathrooms.
The flat is a little tired in its decor but was sufficient for our needs.

Flat and location are fine.
Inside of apartment complex is indeed like a prison block and suffers from flooding in the basement. They take a security deposit and request passport details for all travellers, which no one else did on our travels round Ireland.

Good location
Grubby apartment, really old and uncomfortable beds and couch, dirty walls. Can hear neighbours and street noise all night, we didn't sleep well at all . Have to wash up and take out bins before you leave. Photos displayed don't match the apartment we stayed in.

Great location close to center and many tourist activities. Adequately equipped kitchen. Really appreciated the tea/coffee supplies and the bottle of wine. Apartment itself was nicely decorated for a tourist accommodation.
Bird poop and cigarette butts on the little patio. Showers could use a deep clean in the edges and grouting.

Dirty tea towels left in washing machine. Mirrors in bedroom dirty. Not a very quiet place lots of people that come home late at night that live there fighting outside making noise in the middle of the night

Excellent location.
More comfortable beds. A coffee machine would also have been nice (rather than instant coffee)

The building it self was dirty, the apartment wasn't but getting to it was a bit dingy and smelly
8.0 / 10.0
The property is very well located. There was sufficient linen, towels and toiletries, dishwasher and laundry pods for our 4 night stay. Appreciated the wine and potato crisps left.
The neighbourhood can be a bit noisy, possibly exacerbated by the fact that we were in residence over the 12 July holidays
9.0 / 10.0
It was located near the city centre, quiet, clean, comfy and with a car park
No staff at the location only contact via WhatsApp which was very good but I‘m not the kind of person who text some number about some recommendations in the city Center whereas I would ask someone at the reception
5.0 / 10.0
Check in service and attention from hosts was excellent.
Not a clean apartment. Dirty oven, counters were not clean, no in bag. Very uncomfortable beds.
The place is well located and managed however it is obviously a hands off investment for whomever owns it.
The fittings and homewares are comically cheap and therefore very uncomfortable.

Our place was stylishly decorated, spacious and comfortable. Location was wonderful-close to the city center and transit. Loved the very complete kitchen set up and really appreciated having a washer and drying rack halfway through a 4 week vacation. It was great after a long day of sightseeing to come back to relax in our apartment! Communication with Lauren was great- timely, friendly and accommodating.

Great location, easy to follow instructions for entry, secure parking, clean and spacious.

The apartment was great. It was extremely clean and offered us everything we needed for our stay in Belfast. The location was perfect for walking around the city centre and the team at Citygate were incredibly helpful any time I had a query.
There are only two comments I have that may be useful for future guests.
1. A printed copy of the guidebook available within the apartment would be useful.
2. Better wi-fi as it was a little patchy and affected the quality of streaming on the TV. However, this wasn't a huge issue to us as we weren't in the apartment very much.

We can't comment as we booked, paid but didn't get to stay
There was no after-hours contact. We arrived about 9pm but couldn't open the lock key box, we tried over an hour but in the meantime i tried to ring, sent messages, and even tried to message the CEO via social media, but i couldn't get in touch!. By then it was after 10pm, I was so stressed and exhausted as i had friends from abroad with me as well as we had been travelling the whole day. I eventually had to book into a hotel for the night.
The next morning, I contacted them again, and the response was whether I tried the correct lock key box!
Much later, I had a response telling me that the key was jammed and a hard thump would have opened it!
Furthermore, I was asked if I would like to check in that morning, and my response was at what rate as I paid for 2 nights. We were travelling around outside Belfast for the day while i waited for a response. I didn't get a response until the following day !.
I made a late booking for the night, another company let. As it was late, i rang the "owner," but no reply. He rang back shortly, apologise for missing my call. Later, he even texted to ensure we settled in OK.
I will never book an apartment where there is NO emergency contact like this apartment.
Funnily, I was so stressed trying to book this apartment as I was asked to send passports etc, not an easy task while travelling and I have to admit this is the first time I am asked to send passport details!.
So my comments to the staff was that it was a stressful process, and is it a coincidence that a stressful booking became a nightmare check-in????

Key holder was easy to find and use.
The layout of the building caused people in the halls to sound really loud.
