Excellent welcome pack on arrival. Property was clean and well laid out for two couples (or a family). Nice to have a lounge area to sit and chat in on an evening and a kitchen to make our own breakfast etc. Two bathrooms made sharing easier too. The little balcony was excellent for stepping out on and deciding what to wear that day before venturing out! All communications with the hosts were top class. And it's just a couple of minutes walk away from the centre.
I guess if I was being really picky. Some of the decor is looking slightly tired - but no more than most places I've stayed. Shower in the en-suite was a bit fiddly to get the temperature right. My bed seemed to have a slight 'hill' in the middle which tried to roll me off to the side. And I prefer a thinner duvet than the one provided (might have been one in a cupboard - didn't check). As I mentioned though - I'm being very picky here.

Enjoyable stay in the apartment, which was great for us to explore Belfast on foot. Its in one of the nicer neighbourhoods and close to the shops, restaurants. Parking was a boon, though a bit of a faff to get in and out.
Its a bit dark inside.

One of the apartments was good but the other one has lots of inconveniences. But the customer service was prompt. But hopefully, next time there will be emergency contact numbers for a boiler issue past office times.
Dusty, water boiler not working and dirty washing machine.
