The interior was lovely. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Spacious enough for a family of 4 to spread out! Nice little touches - leaving snacks and wine for us!
The location was a little noisy. The property exterior was a little lacking in charm!

The apartment was clean, with adequate space for our group of 5. In suite washing machine was great, amenities were very good. Within walking distance to major attractions (Titanic museum, Ulster museum) approximately 30 minutes, as well as local pubs and shopping. Easy access to train station and airports.
There was no soap in the master bathroom, (took some from the main bathroom) and there were no towels hooks in the bathroom so it was difficult to manage wet towels when others were trying to shower.

Great location for the shops, only a 2 min walk. The beds are super comfy, free crisps and a bottle of wine is a great touch. Decorated beautifully.
I’m struggling to find any faults other than the waterfall shower head in the main bathroom isn’t high enough. If you’re 5,8 you’ll be ok

Centrally located and comfortable eventually.
We arrived as we advised around 17.30 to a freezing cold apartment (outside temperature was 7c. We then turned on the boiler but it wouldn’t turn on as it had F22 fault. We contacted Central Belfast Apartments but only got voicemail. We then sent an email to them. In the meantime we called Burgoyne Plumbing and Heating (from a sticker on the boiler) who advised what we needed to do to get the system working which was increase the boiler pressure. We did as instructed and although on the flat remained very cold. A handyman from the Belfast Apartments did arrive and he did various actions. We had to go out but upon our return he had gone but the boiler pressure was now at 3.20 and the plumbing people said it shouldn’t exceed 1.5 bar. The boiler website advised that Valiant boilers automatically turn off at 3.0bar - which didn’t happen. My daughter and I were concerned and turned off the boiler for the night despite being very cold. Why didn’t Belfast Apartments check the boiler prior to our visit and expose us to what could have been an explosion? Very unhappy with their negligence. The boiler was sorted out on the second day but cast a pale over the whole trip.
