Great location, big and clean flat, excellent check in process and communicative staff

Great location, lovely clean flat with everything you’d need. The staff we spoke to during booking and check in were always polite and friendly and efficient and accommodated our needs. Really easy check in and check out.

The one minor thing I’d say is the bed in the main bedroom wasn’t that comfortable, probably just needs updating but that’s only a minor thing!

Lovely comfortable stay.

Apartment was large, clean and comfortable. Added extras like coffee tea and wine were an added bonus. Well located too.

Getting in and out was a bit of a trek once inside, and a second key for the front door of the apartment would have been handy. Basically, only having one key meant we all had to go back at the same time, which was a bit restrictive.

Lovely apartment but please fix the boiler issues

Perfect location for city centre, very quiet and easy to access. Check in was simple and the apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed.

A big issue with the hot water in the showers. We did contact the office but the problem was not resolved by their advice to turn boiler off and on again and they were closed the next day. We managed but it wasn’t ideal.

The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. It is spacious and comfortable.

The area around the apartment is still developing. But it is close to many amenities.

Interesting place Belfast, glad we saw it

Location was fine, easy walking to everything. Security was good.

Parking was okay but the spaces were quite small and we were in a van, so concerned about damaging doors etc. Lucky it wasn't full. The getting to the apartment was a little convoluted with having to walk past other indoor apartments to get outside to the apartment that we were in.

Lovely apartment- very clean and comfortable. Easy access to bus, groceries and restaurants!

The parking. Someone parked in our assigned spot and there was nothing the owner could do about it. We were lucky we didn’t get towed.

great location, 5-10mins walks to everywhere included train station

no hand soap, no body wash, no shampoo, no dishes washing liquid but expect we washed everything before leave. the house rule was a bit crazy

Don't judge a book by it's cover

Beds were comfortable, the showers had great pressure, heating worked well and it was in a good place. Lounge was comfortable to sit in with recliners.

Exhaust fan filters could do with a clean and directions in writing also in the apartment would be beneficial to those that are not so tech savvy!!

Great stay, lovely and secure apartment; but admin should be reduced

The apartment was as advertised and all the facilities as indicated were found in the apartment. The place was spacious - two bedrooms and an ensuite bathroom next to one of the bedrooms was a great addition. Lighting was wonderful - not many places around seem to have night stands and smaller, lowlight lighting so this was a nice bonus. Kitchen was well equipped, livingroom was spacious and the view from the balcony overlooking part of the city was great. The apartment building is situated close to Tesco and is walking distance from the Grand Opera House. City Hall and Donegal Square are about 10-12 min walk away. We appreciated the bonus discounts on City Sightseeing Tours, Left Luggage, and the Game of Thrones / Castle tours - all of which we used!

It felt like way too much admin and reading on both the Booking.com messaging space and separately on Whatsapp from the apartment management, prior to check-in. We had to submit passport copies of all visitors - which in all the years and all the places in the UK I've visited using Booking.com, was a new and somewhat off-putting addition. I thought that as a verified member of Booking.com, my verified account details were sufficient for securing the apartment. We further had to fill in a separate form (separate from Booking.com) on the website of the apartment mgmt., prior to check-in. If you're travelling and making this booking on the day of your planned arrival, this will certainly add admin to your travels.

A lot of space for the price.

The apartment was a good size, was clean and had everything we needed. It was very convenient to the centre of town. The private parking is a good bonus. Our allocated space was taken when we arrived but the staff were able to offer us an alternative so this was sorted out quite quickly. I was glad we arrived before 5.00 so we could do that before they left for the day.

There was a lot of noise at night from car horns honking and car alarms going off. The bed in the main bedroom was a little springy. It may need a new mattress.

The handles on the windows and on the balcony door are loose and weak. One of the window handles sheared off under very little pressure. We never opened the balcony door because the handle seemed too weak.

Fabulous stay

Booked at last minute. Was already in Belfast at different apartments, which were not as described & really disappointing. Found this gem & wish I'd booked it sooner. We would've saved ourselves money & the hassle of moving. Big shout out to Lauren, who was really friendly & helpful. Great location, spotlessly clean, comfy bed. Wine & crisps were a lovely touch 😊. Had a fabulous stay & will definitely be back

Ensuite shower no hot water plus awful smell. No dish washing liquids. No paper towels, tissues etc. One towel and hand towel per person nothing to put on the floor after a shower. The sliding door to the verandah wouldn't open but was fixed pretty quickly.

Location was good. 5 -10 minute stroll to city centre

Hot water switch was off.on the boiler. Took us a wee while to locate the hot water knob to rectify the cold water/ hot water situation however all good in the end.

The Nightmare in Belfast

we booked for 2 nights on arrival for the 1st night we couldn't get the codes to get into the property we said we would be checking in between 17.00 & 18.00 still didn't get a response couldn't get the app to take our details etc so we had to go away and book another hotel with booking. com the Stormont hotel at £150 . got in the apartment for the 2nd night. overall very disappointed. no hot water in Shower unbelievable.

apartment was a nice place clean but not getting in for the 1st night just ruined our stay and at a extra cost of £150 Also because going to another hotel we had taxis to pay £50.

Okay visit for the short stay. Not exceptional but cost effective

Location was a plus. The place was not like the pictures completely, but fairly clean, The main building itself the floors were not clean, not impressive as you entered. Difficult to find the apartment by the signs in the hall, but figured it out that the building was outside entrance of courtyard and not the main building. This should be mentioned at some point, Safety was not an issue.

Great Location and homely apartment

The location was perfect for exploring the City. It was in a quiet neighbourhood but close enough to the action! The apartment was very clean and felt homely. Instructions for keys clear and concise. We arrived after dark had no problems. It's a short 10 minute walk from Grand Central Station. Would 100% stay here again and the the ladies that sorted the booking etc were very good and helpful.

6 people, 1 fob. Very inconvenient.

Conveniently located to one of the main bus stations. Good restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood. Spacious flat with 2 bathrooms.

This is a flat for up to 6 people and we were only given one fob to get in AND OUT of the building. This was incredibly inconvenient. We were not planning on sticking together 24/7 during our stay, and the fob was needed to exit the building as well as enter. This meant any time one of us wanted to leave, someone else would have to come down to the courtyard to let us out. It's not reasonable to expect 6 people to only have one way to get in and out of the building. Also the main bathroom had a weird cat urine smell the whole time we were there.
