It's 'cheap and cheerful' with potential - you get what you pay for. Ideal location for South Belfast attractions (Ulster Museum, Botanic Avenue, University, Hospital etc.) Spacious and well equipped. Free ON STREET parking.

Misleading title regarding parking - whilst there is free on-street parking available, there is no dedicated/guaranteed space as suggested. There could be some cost-effective modifications made to make the bedroom more guest-friendly - I couldn't sleep which is why I have had to mark it down, unfortunately. There is a large, frosted glass window between the entry hall and the bedroom which acts as a giant diffuser illuminating the (very bright LED) 'fire exit' sign above the front door. You can buy sticky-back window vinyl which would easily solve this issue and offer more privacy. Likewise, the current window blinds of the street-facing bedroom are not adequate from a privacy or light-blocking perspective. IKEA sell cheap blackout curtains and flexi rail, would easily solve the problem for less than £50. Toilet seat was broken on arrival (which I fixed) and bathroom needs new silicone. There was a lot of rubbish outside the property which didn't make for a great first impression. No fault of the property, but as of June 2026 there is significant building work being carried out next door which started early morning around 7am.

The apartment above was noisy, ( bank holiday crowd maybe…) didn’t mind the music and the joviality but the stamping feet etc: not sure whether they knew I was there…

Great location near city hospital on Lisburn road - well appointed and check-in was straightforward with the instructions. Good value for money and central heating had the place toasty warm when I came in from the damp weather outside at night.

Curtains over the blinds on the bedroom window onto the street would be ideal - the gaps and fact that window is at street-level was a bit off putting but minor issue in otherwise great spot.
