The flat was very cold despite boosting the heating a few times. There seemed to be some sort of leak in the en suite

Ideal location, perfect for a family (or an unsociable grump like myself). It has everything you need, plenty of space and privacy, very warm, couldn't hear the neighbours.

Location was excellent, walking distance to city centre and sse arena. Secure, underground parking was great. Fairly spacious apartment.
The mattress on the double bed in the room with the single bed was awful, particuarly on one side. Have seen this mentioned on many reviews, even dating back a few years so it is disappointing that this hasn't been addressed.
Layout of main bathroom is poor, you have to sit sideways on the toilet as there is no room to sit with legs in front as normal due to the position of the sink, not a major issue but not ideal.
