We received a lovely email 24 hours before advising us of entry and parking. Also how to work heating, water etc. Absolute bonus for us was having the car in a secure car park. Apartment was nice and in a superb location. We walked everywhere over the 3 days. Plenty of bedding and towels were left out for us
Negatives - Hot water wasn't working in the en-suite sink, also mould visible in shower room (this could be because previous people had switched off the extractor fan, shower was always scalding in the main bathroom, lots of cobwebs around. Building site across the road starts early :-( ...... but all of these are easily sortable and we would return if these were sorted as the location can't be beaten.

The apartment hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests, so it was a disappointing start. Cleaner arrived within an hour to sort it out for us however. Lockbox could be updated as the clip is broken and it’s very hard to push down fully, if we hadn’t a spare key with us to use as leverage to push the clip down we had no chance of getting the lockbox open. A cupboard in the kitchen is broken.
