We didn’t stay and had to go somewhere else, couldn’t stay in a place without water!!

The property was ideally located for our stay in Belfast and it also had parking.

On the morning of our arrival I received an email stating that there was a water issue but it would be sorted before our arrival. We arrived at 6.30 to find no water, bulbs gone and flickering in living room. Freezer blocked up with ice.

Absolutely disgusting I have no words

After seen the bed it put me off the whole place it was a disgrace and a massive health and safety issue

The double bed was full of vomit from previous guests staff were extremely rude done nothing to rectify this matter they didn’t care absolutely shocking

Great location, poor night's sleep

Location was excellent, walking distance to city centre and sse arena. Secure, underground parking was great. Fairly spacious apartment.

The mattress on the double bed in the room with the single bed was awful, particuarly on one side. Have seen this mentioned on many reviews, even dating back a few years so it is disappointing that this hasn't been addressed. Layout of main bathroom is poor, you have to sit sideways on the toilet as there is no room to sit with legs in front as normal due to the position of the sink, not a major issue but not ideal.

Big appartment - great location - poor maintenance

This is a big apartment with a great location - two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Private parking in closed garage downstairs.

In general very poor maintenance. Door handle felling off. Window hinges broken. Several led-lamps burned out or blinking. We had to change bedroom during the night, the one bed we started with was hard like sleeping on the floor. The other one was better.

Great location for Ulster Hall and city centre

It didn't bother me but there was furniture/rubbish on the landings. A photo from inside the entrance prior to the appointment may help people not worry when they first see it as it is very 'prison' like

The building is pretty beat up and the courtyard looks like a cell block. The beds were very squeaky and the single pillows were very flat.

Central, short walk to shops and activities, quiet, parking available. Evidence of recent renovation in some rooms, pleasantly decorated.

Absence of written instructions for appliances, heating, TV. Very cramped bathroom - have to sit sideways on toilet to fit in the available space. Unsafe access to both showers- requires grab rails. Blind in dining room was stuck and couldn’t roll down, providing no privacy from public thoroughfare outside. Kitchen cabinets in poor state of repair

The host was very unhelpful and doesn’t have a spare master key…trying to charge me for a locksmith when the keys are at the apaetment…accused me of having extra people in my apartment when there was 3 of us.

Do not waste your money — the apartment was uninhabitable, and when raised with the owner they did not bother to resolve

Location and garage facility

The apartment was dirty and smelly on arrival. Bedding and towels were unhygienic, mould was found in cupboards, furniture were broken, blinds not working so gave no privacy, and the courtyard was in poor condition. Overall, the place was very poorly maintained. We had to find another accommodation as it is uninhabitable.

Only issue was getting into the front door of the flat ,,had to persevere with the key/ lock would recommend the owner checked this out,,apart from that,,would recommend this place for anyone who wanted to be within a 5 min walk into the city centre.

Nowhere near worth the cost.

Superb location.

Bedding was not fresh, hair all over the pillows. Previous guests shower gels left. Fridge very dirty. Double bed broken which was fedback on a review 2 weeks ago and still not fixed. Cupboard doors broken. Dust everywhere. Kitchen cupboards don’t close. Tiling looks like it’s been done by a 4 year old. Wood flooring glued to the wall? Cleaner clearly not bothered and host not bothered about fixing issues. Took my mam for her 70th birthday and felt embarrassed and apologised to her.

Family catch-up

Absolutely brilliant location. Easy access. Enough space for us all and very comfortable living area. The added bonus is a parking space.

There really wasn't anything not to like, but if I'm being picky, the beds weren't very comfortable. Thin mattresses, which made for an unpleasant night's sleep. One of them had a quilt over the mattresses like a mattresses protector!! It could do with a wee lick of paint, and the shower room from the main bedroom had a bit of a whiff about it.

Don't stay here.Zero stars

Absolutely nothing except the central location

If you like dirty blood stained pillow cases go and stay here.Dont bring any frozen food as the freezer is completely full with frozen ice. One of the bathroom towels was wet.Dont know if this was wet from previous guest or not gone through the dryer.Toilet seat was not attached properly.When complaining to the manager she said the linnen is clean and all linen would have been changed by the ckeaner. So she obviously felt the blood stained linen was perfectly acceptable as there was no remorse or sincere apology.She offered to come and change them.However we felt uncomfortable not knowing what was clean or not and didn't want to spent the night .So we lasted an hour before deciding to find alternative accommodation.So ended up being expensive stay as no refund was offered, our frozen dinner supplies were wasted as we checked into hotel, plus the cost of 2 rooms in a hotel instead of sharing an apartment with the four of us

Cheap, close to everything

Could have been a bit cleaner or modernized a little better. Found a few hairs on my bed, I could smell sweat on my daughters pillow , corners in rooms weren’t hovered, tiles in bathroom v badly done, shower was cold then hot then cold. Carpets need refreshing too. Cheap but done the job.

If returning to Belfast, I’d certainly stay again. And, if I know of anyone visiting, I’d recommend.

The host’s directions were perfect for getting into the apartment. The location made it very easy to walk around town. And, having safe and secure parking available made it even better.

In the one bathroom, the toilet was a little cramped. Too bad the plumber didn’t install it on an angle.

Excellent location

Pluses, the location was excellent, very central. Instructions on how to get in were great. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The beds were clean and comfy. Negatives, the bathroom floor was dirty, the ensuite smelled of drainage, the apartment was difficult to unlock, you had to jiggle the key about, it took us a few minutes to open it.

Main bathroom was not great, hard to sit on toilet due to cupboard. Double bed in 2nd bedroom was broken. Big hole in base. Bedding clean but extra blankets dirty. Washed them ourselves! Not clean on arrival and bin not emptied.

The property was generally unclean. Dust on dishes, in cupboards and surfaces. Had a musty smell and linen stained. Fridge and freezer were dirty and freezer filled with built up ice making it unusable and broken drawers Washing machine covered in possible cleaning product and plug didn’t fit sink making it hard to wash dishes. Unable to use dishwasher due to no tablets available Microwave covered in food inside Made it difficult to prepare and clean for food prep

Apartment was dated and smelled of damp. Smell of weed from neighbouring flats was overpowering, entrance and outside area is industrial and unattractive. Bathrooms are basic. Bedding was dated and beds not very comfortable.

Avoid, this place is filthy !

Nothing, we left five minutes after arriving.

The property was dirty, owner claimed beds had been changed but they smelled dirty, showers were disgusting with mould and other dirt. Used toiletries still lying in the shower from the last guest. I have never left a property I had booked ever before. Do not stay here unless you bring your own bedding, pillows and towels. Be prepared to clean before you use the showers.
