Prime location for Belsonic/Ormeau Park. Short walk to central Belfast. We also walked to the Titanic quarter (about 2 miles).
Warm— could use AC and fans in the rooms. Not a fan of the shared bathrooms. Could use some decorating to add more character.

The location was great for the university and the room was nice and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was also nice and modern with all necessary items.
The room (2nd floor attic) has a very small window which was not giving a lot of fresh air during the exceptionally hot weather in early September. For the price it would have been nice to have a washhand basin in the room, or at least a mirror. The front-door would need a handle on the inside, as it didn't open easily and was difficult to pull open on the small knob of the yale-lock.
