Apartment was clean and comfortable, well located and connected for restaurants, entertainment, and public transport. The personal touch with the welcome note always helps.
The door stoppers weren't doing a great job at keeping the door open, and the keys were a little confusing at first, but once we figured out tricks, all was well.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It location was superb, we were able to see so much of Belfast within walking distance of the apartment.
Our bed was a little uncomfortable.

Location.
Layout and facilities. The layout was inconvenient as the the rooms, kitchen and bathroom were on different levels. Overall it was not as per expectation but it was however a pleasant stay.
