Queens apartments Belfast

Couldnt fault it. Nice and modern good location.

Gas is a little tricky to work, no shower gel.

Clear instructions for accessing a bright, spacious apartment. Bus stop right outside with local shop, pub & Chinese takeaway within 5 minutes walk, 15 - 20 minute walk to city centre. Botanic train station 10 minute walk. Though the mattress was soft it was surprisingly comfortable. Bathroom had bath & separate shower with great water pressure

The oven rack & tray appeared not to have been cleaned for some time, so we couldn't use the oven. There was washing up liquid but no dish cloth or scourer to attempt to clean it (no dishwasher, which didn'tmatter to us). There was a washing machine but no tablets or liquid and no clothes airer...

Very clean good location

We really appreciated that we had someone to stay at the last minute. The orgininal accommodation we had booked months ago was not available when we arrived (business did a "Fly By Night") so we had no where to stay. We really appreciated that we could get an apartment at such late notice. The host John was great and tried to provide everything we wanted. Obviously Queens Apartments were not our first choice for booking accomodation (it was a way down our list) but it had a bed, a kitchen, a washing machine and a bathroom so that was good.

We did not particularly like the location. It was a very busy street being close to the University. There was only street parking available, so often we had to park the hire car far from the apartment up the road, or on another street. Also it was in a building with 9 apartments and the shared front door was often left unlock and open to the street (often the door not even closed) due to other guests not locking the front door with the key as per the large note on the door. The bed was not the best quality but it was clean. The bathroom had no storage space for things like toothbrush and toiletries.
