Queens apartments Belfast

It was super clean and convenient to ormeau park. And the hoast responded quickly to any concerns.

There was an issue with lock box when we arrived but host responded immediately to my text and solved the issue quickly

It was a good location and spacious enough for what I needed, clean, the shower was good, and they were really quick to respond to my booking which helped me out when I was let down by my original booking.

The wifi wasn't very good so if I'd needed to work that would be a problem, and the kitchen was a bit strangely stocked, there was a garlic press but no sharp knives or chopping board so I had to buy them before I could cook.

We really appreciated that we had someone to stay at the last minute. The orgininal accommodation we had booked months ago was not available when we arrived (business did a "Fly By Night") so we had no where to stay. We really appreciated that we could get an apartment at such late notice. The host John was great and tried to provide everything we wanted. Obviously Queens Apartments were not our first choice for booking accomodation (it was a way down our list) but it had a bed, a kitchen, a washing machine and a bathroom so that was good.

We did not particularly like the location. It was a very busy street being close to the University. There was only street parking available, so often we had to park the hire car far from the apartment up the road, or on another street. Also it was in a building with 9 apartments and the shared front door was often left unlock and open to the street (often the door not even closed) due to other guests not locking the front door with the key as per the large note on the door. The bed was not the best quality but it was clean. The bathroom had no storage space for things like toothbrush and toiletries.
