Queens apartments Belfast

Very convenient location in the university area- walking distance to Botanic and the city centre! Very spacious and super clean. Good kitchen facilities and large bathroom. The bed was comfortable .

The towels were very small and only two provided and 1 small hand towel. More towels would be appreciated. Also things like extra toilet roll- but all in all it was perfect for one night. The ground floor apartment was a bit noisy due to people banging doors- the room was also very stuffy and warm.

Washing machine not working ( emailed host asking if there was an issue… got no response so had to use a laundry service) No bath wash or shampoo No coffee (bottle empty) No milk

Loved the location, felt very spacious for a one bed, apartment was nice and clean. Couldn’t really fault it. We also could bring our cats which was extremely helpful and the main reason we booked here.

WiFi was a little on and off but when I contacted the owner about it he offered a quick solution

We really appreciated that we had someone to stay at the last minute. The orgininal accommodation we had booked months ago was not available when we arrived (business did a "Fly By Night") so we had no where to stay. We really appreciated that we could get an apartment at such late notice. The host John was great and tried to provide everything we wanted. Obviously Queens Apartments were not our first choice for booking accomodation (it was a way down our list) but it had a bed, a kitchen, a washing machine and a bathroom so that was good.

We did not particularly like the location. It was a very busy street being close to the University. There was only street parking available, so often we had to park the hire car far from the apartment up the road, or on another street. Also it was in a building with 9 apartments and the shared front door was often left unlock and open to the street (often the door not even closed) due to other guests not locking the front door with the key as per the large note on the door. The bed was not the best quality but it was clean. The bathroom had no storage space for things like toothbrush and toiletries.
