Beautiful, Convenient, family & dog friendly home.

This residential location was only 15-20minutes drive from the central Belfast attractions we were interested in. The drive was practically a straight shot into the city & easier to navigate than I first thought. Initially I was worried about being able to contain my dog to the downstairs but the doors that separates the entrance/stair area from the living room/kitchen area made it very easy to respect the house rules. Having an enclosed garden was handy to let the dog have extra outside time but the entire area had multiple walkways with grassy patches & seemed very dog friendly. Heating was so effective to the point where overall temperature needed to be reduced. Instructions around the house from using the shower to check-out instructions were clear & not troublesome. Kitchen was very well equipped & everything well maintained. The host did attempt to check on us via messages but we were too busy exploring the city or walking the forest parks.

Mattress was too soft for my liking but the family as a whole were comfortable. In considering my elderly parents, I think the stairs are a bit steep & the 1 toilet/bathroom being upstairs would be an inconvenience. (So individuals with mobility issues I would not recommend)

A wonderful and perfect place and a very kind host!

We had an amazing time in this house. The host is a very kind and caring person who was keen to check everything was perfect on our arrival and before we left. Everything was perfect, the house was super clean with lots of wonderful details which reflects a special effort from the host to make this place exceptional. Not only the house was the cleanest we booked through this site, but also the quality of the furniture and the house facilities in general were of high standards. There is a private car parking space in front of the house and there is a beautiful private garden with nice furniture in the back. Apparently, the host is someone who pays attention to small details which we much appreciated in addition to her kindness and great communication. Would certainly love to book it again in our next visit to Belfast.

Ideally situated and a great place to stay in Belfast. The house was spotless on arrival, and the host kindly left treats, which was a lovely touch. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, with a contact number provided in case any issues arose. Really well equipped home with everything you need, beds very comfortable! Welcome pack on arrival and milk in the fridge - much appreciated! House is in a quiet area with everything you need within 5 minutes drive. Ideal location to Belfast city centre too. Very friendly host and can’t recommend enough to stay! Beautiful clean and modern house with everything you could need (including an airfryer!). Lovely extra touches with coffee machine, biscuits, milk in fridge etc. Has a lovely outside seating area in a very private garden.

Highly recommended accommodation

Lovely, clean and comfortable stay at Beaver House, only 20 mins from Belfast so ideally located to explore the city and Northern Ireland. Was amazing to be able to take the dogs and not have too many tasks to do on the morning of checkout! And thanks for the treats :-)

The towels were too small! Mattress in small bedroom was a bit uncomfortable for an adult.

Highly recommend this beautiful house!

Beaver House was like a home away from home! It was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Perfect for our family of 5. The location was excellent. About a 10 /15 min drive from the centre of Belfast city with lots of dining options closer by. Gorgeous patio area where we sat out every morning for breakfast. Most of the activities we did with our 3 children were also close by...all within a 15 min drive. Jolanta, the host was brilliant to deal with. She left lovely treats for us on arrival along with tea, coffee & milk. So thoughtful! Highly recommend!!

Gorgeous house, beautifully kept, the space is so well used in it, I thought it would be a lot less spacious. The back garden is a gorgeous little bonus space. Extremely quiet lovely estate, close to everything we wanted to drive to around Belfast.

Thankyou jolanti for leaving a goodie box came in handy when dieing for a cuppa. The house was lovely beds comfortable, quiet area, lovely waking up to the birds singing. The house has everything you need. Near the belvoir forest for great walks dog friendly will be returning.

Great family-friendly home-from-home

Very clean, neat and tidy house in a quiet area near Belvoir Park (pronounced locally as Beaver Park, hence the property name). Came with free parking, a nice back garden with outdoor seating to catch the late afternoon sun and a welcome basket of crisps, biscuits and drinks that the kids enjoyed. Inside, 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin, 1 single) were perfect for our family of 5. Well appointed kitchen/dining area with a breakfast bar, nespresso coffee machine + pods, and a washing machine (always handy with kids). Smart TV allowed us to log in and watch all the usual streaming service. All at a good price (certainly compared to hotels). And whilst just outside the city of Belfast itself, driving into the centre took no more than 15 mins whilst also being handy for visiting places in the wider area. Belvoir/Beaver Park was a nice place to wander and our host was friendly, welcoming and always available if we needed anything. All in all, a really good place to stay for a young family wanting to spend a few days doing Belfast.

This place was absolutely amazing, great, quiet location, 20 minutes from the Centre of Belfast and a lovely host, always at the end of a message if needed for anything. House was spotlessly clean with everything that anyone would need and more whilst there. Fantastic WiFi was an added bonus. In my honest opinion, have never stayed anywhere better within the UK, we'll definitely look forward to another visit in the near future 🥰

Perfect for staycation 😊

The place was really clean and beautiful. We stayed there for almost 3 nights. My aunt and her family was from rep of Ireland. I booked it myself and they were so Happy because we paid for what we deserved. The House is minimalist with great interior design and all the things you need was there as well. By suprised we found a sewing kit haha which we used it too also for urgent purposes 😅 . The owner was very approachable and easy to contact. All of us were able to sleep comfortably and since the winter started, the house was warm and cozy too.

Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni, że wybralismy ten obiekt. Wyposażenie kuchni, pokoi i lazenki calkowicie nas satysfakcjonowała i bardzo mile zaskoczylo. Czysto, estetycznie i wizualnie bardzo ładnie. Kwiaty świeże w wazonie i kawa uszykowana z mlekiem to jest 100% na TAK. Myślimy, że nastepny wyjazd do Irlandii bedzie znowu w tym obiekcie. Gorąco polecamy innym ten dom.

Super sauber, ganz liebevoll eingerichtet. Willkommensgeschenke und viele kleine Annehmlichkeiten. Es hat uns alles gefallen. Wir reisen sehr viel, aber hatten noch nie eine so tolle Unterkunft. Der Kontakt zum Vermietet ist super. Jolanta ist immer erreichbar und mega freundlich.
