3-Bed Central Apartment - Sleeps 5 & Pets Ok

It's cheap and basic and has pretty much most of what you need if you're going to only be spending minimal time in it. Good facilities within the apartment, toilet rolls, coffee, tea, washing up liquid, towels, blankets etc. Good security into the apartment. The security at the back of the property is good. A 20min walk from city centre. Mostly clean, although we all had dirty socks/feet so take slippers.

The walls are thin and not sound proof so anything above or below the apartment can easily be heard, including a washing machine at 4am and normal volume conversations. That is not the owners fault but more bad luck to who else is staying at the apartment block. Pillows could be better, they were soft and by the end of the weekend were flat, would be good to have a choice as I had neck ache after 2 nights sleep! One end of the road was fine towards the university, but the other end felt a bit uneasy especially at night.

Lovely apartment had every thing you needed and more, place was clean and well presented on arrival, was a great help being able to have access early.

Even though the location was perfect for Ormeau Park (Def Leppard Friday 26th at Belsonic) and perfect for getting into the city (10 minute walk) And with only a Short walk to the university and Botanic Quarter. The area itself was somewhat unsettling, I will leave that there as it’s a shame as the apartment is lovely.

The flat was clean and today. Had everything we needed

The area was a bit rough. Although good location to bars and restaurants. Some ppl on the street during the day arguing and a window was broken.

The flat was well located for amenities, had free parking out front which was appreciated and the beds were comfy.

It was very noisy at night with a fair few undesirables which wasn’t appreciated with small children. The neighbours were extremely loud 2 nights and kept us awake until the early house.
