Lovely apartment had every thing you needed and more, place was clean and well presented on arrival, was a great help being able to have access early.
Even though the location was perfect for Ormeau Park (Def Leppard Friday 26th at Belsonic) and perfect for getting into the city (10 minute walk)
And with only a Short walk to the university and Botanic Quarter.
The area itself was somewhat unsettling, I will leave that there as it’s a shame as the apartment is lovely.

The flat was clean and today. Had everything we needed
The area was a bit rough. Although good location to bars and restaurants. Some ppl on the street during the day arguing and a window was broken.

The flat was well located for amenities, had free parking out front which was appreciated and the beds were comfy.
It was very noisy at night with a fair few undesirables which wasn’t appreciated with small children. The neighbours were extremely loud 2 nights and kept us awake until the early house.
