No breakfast was available on site, but was readily available. The location was superb for my interests. No complaint there. Also, inside the hotel, everything was handy. I have no complaints.
Once you accept that you staying in student accommodation, all scientifically designed to be optimal at a low cost, then you could have no complaint. It wasn't the Ritz, but you weren't paying for the Ritz, and it was new.

The location is very central, the short term staff is very nice and professional, the staff dedicated to students (that is there overnight) was unhelpful and rude.
It wasn’t very clean. I asked for my shower drain to be cleaned as it was clogged, they said they cleaned it but still clogged. It was dusty and not particularly clean. Common areas are not available to short term stayers
