The bus into Belfast was right out front. A number of buses could be caught to and from location to cbd. Only 15 mins to town.
Convenience stores, liquor stores, take aways and pubs within minutes.
Apartment was nice and spacious.
This apartment will not suit you if you've got mobility issues, or your travelling with heavy luggage. 3.5 floors up and no lift is not fun.

The flat is comfortable to be in and was clean and tidy. I liked having space to move around and sit and watch TV in a living room not just be confined to a hotel room. The shower was surprisingly powerful bearing in mind it's a top floor flat which was a bonus. The co-op store is literally one minute walk and has enough supplies to provide for breakfasts and snacks. Even better there is a wine shop opposite which has a huge range of alcoholic beverages if needed. The bus stops are also directly outside which made getting into the city easy and it's only about 10 minutes to the last stop which is directly opposite City Hall, meaning it was a good place to navigate around from. For example, the tourist information office is a 2 minute walk from the stop - walk towards the open top bus tour stops and you'll get to it. They have free maps and were very helpful, particularly highlighting attractions which are free if you're on a budget.
The lock box for the keys was very tricky to open and it took several tries before I managed it which was frustrating. The entrance hall/landings reminded me of my eldest son's university digs - unkempt with bikes chained to the stairs and piles of recycling outside some of the flats. It's not a welcoming entrance to the flat. As others have commented, there are a lot of stairs to climb to the top floor so be mindful of this if you've had a Guiness or two. The flat is on a busy main road and I found it very noisy at night trying to sleep. The information provided is out of date - 2017 what's on in Belfast for example. The bus fares and location of the stop back are also not current so keeping this up to date would be more help to visitors not familiar with the city. More information about where to go and recommendations for food and drink would have been nice.
