Spacious apartment, but not for mobility impaired.

The bus into Belfast was right out front. A number of buses could be caught to and from location to cbd. Only 15 mins to town. Convenience stores, liquor stores, take aways and pubs within minutes. Apartment was nice and spacious.

This apartment will not suit you if you've got mobility issues, or your travelling with heavy luggage. 3.5 floors up and no lift is not fun.

Good base for a short break

The flat is comfortable to be in and was clean and tidy. I liked having space to move around and sit and watch TV in a living room not just be confined to a hotel room. The shower was surprisingly powerful bearing in mind it's a top floor flat which was a bonus. The co-op store is literally one minute walk and has enough supplies to provide for breakfasts and snacks. Even better there is a wine shop opposite which has a huge range of alcoholic beverages if needed. The bus stops are also directly outside which made getting into the city easy and it's only about 10 minutes to the last stop which is directly opposite City Hall, meaning it was a good place to navigate around from. For example, the tourist information office is a 2 minute walk from the stop - walk towards the open top bus tour stops and you'll get to it. They have free maps and were very helpful, particularly highlighting attractions which are free if you're on a budget.

The lock box for the keys was very tricky to open and it took several tries before I managed it which was frustrating. The entrance hall/landings reminded me of my eldest son's university digs - unkempt with bikes chained to the stairs and piles of recycling outside some of the flats. It's not a welcoming entrance to the flat. As others have commented, there are a lot of stairs to climb to the top floor so be mindful of this if you've had a Guiness or two. The flat is on a busy main road and I found it very noisy at night trying to sleep. The information provided is out of date - 2017 what's on in Belfast for example. The bus fares and location of the stop back are also not current so keeping this up to date would be more help to visitors not familiar with the city. More information about where to go and recommendations for food and drink would have been nice.

Great mansard in quiet place

The amazing apartment is the mansard (upper floor) of a nice old building. You have a roof window with shutters just above the bed - incredible for waking up in the morning. The bedroom and living room are comfortable. The windows do not face the main street, so it's quiet and comfortable. The kitchen is packed to prepare food (stove, microwave, fridge). There is a Coop just on the next block. And the host is helpful and welcoming!

It could be helpful to have lids for pans to prepare food on the stove tidier and a small shelf or a hook in the bathroom. A slight downside - it is a bit distant from the center, but there is a bus stop just downstairs.

Nice space for self catering stay. Up a few flights of stairs if you're not mobile. Not too far from city centre, bus stop outside. All local amenities literally outside. Comfy bed, cosy living area ideal kitchen. Great comms from host, all round great stay. All round good stay.

It was really accommodating, the owner was very friendly and the local amenities were extremely helpful

Very comfortable, clean, very cosy and host was very helpful with prompt reply’s and provided lots of info on things to do and places to get food locally

Property has everything needed and was very clean. Towels provided and bed was comfortable. Bus drops you right outside the door. Host checked in throughout the stay.

The communal area is quite dirty. It is a good bit out of the city down the atrium road (as Belfast is quite small). Not comfortable to walk at night- better to get the bus or taxi.

nice spacious top floor flat, near a co-op and a couple of fast food places, waterworks park is close by too. no noise in the area and right on a frequent bus route into the city centre.

La cama era muy cómoda. Hay un bus que para en la acera de enfrente para ir al centro.

La ducha no tragaba agua (al chequear allí, vimos en un comentario anterior de otra persona, por lo que estaba sin arreglar). El frigorífico perdía agua (no pudimos usarlo). Acceso por escaleras incómodas para subir la maleta. Llegamos a las 22.00 de un viernes y había ciertos personajes por la calle (zona no recomendable a esas horas; por el día sin problema). Olor a humedad al entrar.
