Lovely size room. comfortable bed, very clean, easy to get into with lockbox, felt very safe with room locks, nice bathrooms. a bit far out from town but on a direct bus route.

My room was on the ground floor at the front of the house so fair bit of traffic noise (not to mention bin collection!) from early morning
No bathroom on same floor as room
Washer and drier were full both nights with proprietor's bedding and towels from room changeovers and these had to be removed to use the machines
Lists of rules and regulations everywhere gave a slightly oppressive feeling to stay

We booked two bedrooms and these were comfortable and quiet. There were two shared bathrooms and there was no problem accessing these. The kitchen offered adequate facilities for making breakfast and reheating food. The other guests were friendly and cooperative. Convenient access to bus lines.
The kitchen/communal area was too small for the number of rooms. At one point all five rooms were occupied, yet the fridge was an under-the-counter model that was really only suitable for perhaps three people.

Location was ok. Value for money. Clean. Easy check-in. Kitchen had all expected amenities.
Kitchen floods everytine someone uses the bathroom, which is dangerous! My elderly parent slipped and fell in the pool of water in the kitchen, luckily no injury. A single bathroom shared between 4 rooms i.e. 6-7 ppl...gets a bit busy.
