Bedroom was quite clean

On arrival at property our allocated room had been taken by someone else. Eventually contacted host who didn't seem to care and said find a free room- I think 1 is empty. Paint on bathroom walls and ceiling was flaking off. House was very noisey

It was overall a good stay.

The place was clean and accessible to the city centre. Our ensuite room was big enough for a family of 3. And there was a mini closet room and vanity.

Not much kitchen stuff for cooking.

Easily accessible from town for a cheaper price.

It is near the bus stops and the ensuite room is spacious which can fit a small family of three, even has a small walk in closet and vanity table. The sheets were clean,smelling freshly laundered. The kitchen comes with complete appliance even though we just used the kettle for hot water.

The room has a smell (of body odor) but quickly fixed by spraying a perfume. Just to let the owner know,the toilet has a leak that continuesly drips into the toilet. (might cause a problem)

Great location, parking was readily available.

The shower water temperature was not working, it turned from hot to cold without touching any of the taps. The home smelled ‘damp’ at all times.

Good value for money

The bed was comfortable with fresh linen. Easy accessibility to the mall and Belfast City centre. Quick response from host was helpful. Overall happy with the accommodation as it offered good value for the price 😊

Room was very cold on arrival, luckily host sorted that out. We would have loved to find the room warmer by check-in time without having to wait for it to heat up.

Good apartment, one surreal negative experience.

The room was very inexpensive. It was a pleasant, clean, well-equipped room for one night. The location is a little far from the center (despite its name), but not terribly so.

We had one particularly negative experience. Someone had replaced the shower gel in the shower gel bottle with alcohol-based hand sanitizer. I discovered this when I took a shower late at night after our late arrival. I was able to use some of the liquid soap from the hand wash bottle, which contained very little liquid soap, to shower. It was quite surreal. On top of that, when I later wrote to the owner about the problem, he only responded that he would look into it. He didn't even apologize.

Not to bad the only thing I was concerned about was the guests down the stairs from .e very noisy and they annoyed the wee girl in the room next to me if it wasn't for them my stay would have been perfect

Another great day at Deacon Street

I have stayed at the property quite a few times and have always found it just right for my needs. It’s always clean. It’s always tidy. The facilities are good and I’m already booked again to go back there in July The one thing I would like to see changed is the booking out time change from 10 am to 11 am. It just gives you more time to prepare your stuff before you have to leave the property.

friendliness of the people, the location was relatively close to the city centre, shops and parks nearby. The bed (and floor) was comfortable. I liked how we could look at the stars at night. shower gel has a really zesty smell, and they considerately prepared make-up cleansing water for female tenant, I was amazed by this sweet movement.

facilities could be improved in the kitchen the oven and grill did not work. While the rooms had TVs they were falling apart. There were areas that needed better maintenance and cleanliness. The price was a little steep.

Communication good.Reasonable shower.

Location. No fan in bathroom. Smelt of smoke even although no smoking.Had to take towel from room to go to toilet. Attic room with velux window and blind that did not reopen once closed.

Very comfortable and convenient accommodation

The beds were very comfortable. The bedroom was nicely done out and we were very pleased with the ensuite and dressing room. The kitchen had everything we needed to get our own breakfast and heat up meals (there was a kettle, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, plenty of cutlery and crockery). It was near to bus stops (and a lovely park!) and about a 10 minute walk from the nearest train station and a large Tesco.

It might not suit a very light sleeper as you could sometimes hear a little bit of noise from traffic/people.

The bathroom downstairs was clean and functional I was very happy, it was also good value for money The townhouse is located not too far from the busses going into town so that was a bonus.

Great place for a solo traveller

It's a very serene place.On the first night I had the place to myself( atleast was made to know there were no other guests on that day). It's clean and neat but best of all it's very quiet.Its right next to a bus stop and you can find your way to the city centre.Its also about 15 minutes away when one is walking which is great. Walking distance to Tesco, KFC etc. The bed is comfortable too,which it was alittle thicker mattress but slept very well all the same. Was great overall.

On one day, there were works going on before 10 am in the bathroom...it didn't look very neat having spanners in the bathroom sink...guess was being done to ensure all was to run ok.
