The apartment fully met our expectations. It was really very good value for such a spacious place in a central location in Belfast, with the old town within walking distance. The apartment is set over two floors, which was important for us, and it has two separate bedrooms.
The rooms have all the essentials you need. Everything is quite worn, but anyone complaining about that should also look at the price they paid, which is more than twice as low as for nearby apartments. The Wi-Fi signal was strong and stable. There is free street parking right in front of the apartment, and the self check-in/check-out process was convenient.
We stayed there as two couples for one night, and everything suited us well. We were happy with our stay. As for those who complain, I would suggest being realistic — you cannot expect top-class quality while paying the lowest price.
P.S. The host communicates well and responds quickly to all questions via WhatsApp.

Bed was comfy and the wifi worked well, the area was very quiet of a night time. The property is about a 15/20 minute walk away from Belfast city centre or less than 5 minutes in an uber.
The property is nowhere near as bad as some people on here are making out, however it is very basic and could use some work.
The property is in a very rough/sketchy neighborhood with a lot of houses next door/nearby boarded up, however we had no trouble whatsoever, but it does make you feel very uneasy at first.
There was no shower gell (only hand soap), and very little toilet paper for a 3 night stay so make sure you bring your own.
