The apartment fully met our expectations. It was really very good value for such a spacious place in a central location in Belfast, with the old town within walking distance. The apartment is set over two floors, which was important for us, and it has two separate bedrooms.
The rooms have all the essentials you need. Everything is quite worn, but anyone complaining about that should also look at the price they paid, which is more than twice as low as for nearby apartments. The Wi-Fi signal was strong and stable. There is free street parking right in front of the apartment, and the self check-in/check-out process was convenient.
We stayed there as two couples for one night, and everything suited us well. We were happy with our stay. As for those who complain, I would suggest being realistic — you cannot expect top-class quality while paying the lowest price.
P.S. The host communicates well and responds quickly to all questions via WhatsApp.

Location is close to city. Comfortable beds and warm home. Free parking outside.
Its not that there was anything that I disliked, I just feel the owner if possible could add a few things to the home to make it even better for guests and would also help the owner. No microwave or chopping board or teatowel, or dishcloth so I couldn't dry any dishes etc or wipe down kitchen properly after use. The front door could do with upgrading as its seems very fragile and house could get broken into very easily. Also the back area yard area has good potential if it was tidied up and cleaned out a bit. I know the owners cant help it but the boarded up houses next door and throughout the estate frightened me a little bit on arrival but overall comfortable stay.
