My Room 3 experience

Alexandra Park Town House 223, Room 3, was a peaceful, clean and very comfortable room to stay in. The host was very responsive and available at all times of the day and night to answer questions or assist.

Unfortunately, the shower in the on-suite bathroom of Room 3 did not work, so I was unable to take a shower.

Nice bed, clean, was far from the city but the bus stop was close to the house.

There was quite a bit of noise in the morning due to people going up and down the stairs, which became a bit annoying. I’m usually not very sensitive to noise and sleep well, but since this bedroom was the only one downstairs, everyone — including the cleaner — used the stairs frequently in the morning, and it was quite loud.

The room was big and the furnitures were modern. The neighborhood is very nice and safe.

The bathroom was old, and the shower was not the cleanest. The sink was small and uncomfortable.

The fact they gave me the wrong code to get into a room and as a result I could not do so on the first night and had to sleep on a sofa in their front room

Comfortable bed, adequate room, big shower with powerful pressure. Perfect for a 4-night stay for a couple. Supermarket nearby, and lots of takeaways as well as great Italian restaurant.

No-frills yet comfortable accommodation.

Basic but clean room with a nice comfortable double bed. Loved the location, opposite a park and walking distance from the city centre.

My only gripe is that I felt the building didn't have much in the means of sound proofing. I was woken both days by squeaking floorboards when the guests started moving around upstairs. Still this wasn't enough to spoil my stay but if you're a light sleeper you should be made aware of this.

Good environment

The room was excellent and spacious and in suite; the bed was very good, very clean and neat; there was a table for reading and a mobile heater, which came in handy. Enjoyed my stay.

The only small issue I had was the absence of TV in the room and not allowing lodgers to cook since it doesn't run a restaurant. The TV in the common room doesn't cut it for me. And eating junk for the days I stayed there because of the no-cooking policy was a minus.

Clean premises, nice park across the road, quiet neighborhood, Tesco store not far

The pictures on booking were a bit misleading. It was a very basic accommodation, no drinking water, coffee or tea. It didn't feel clean in the room because of the strange smell. Something in the room triggered my allergies so I didn't feel rested at all. Ok for one night

Great stay in Belfast!

Spacious room, clean and cozy with a very comfortable mattress. Nice common areas( kitchen and living room). Good communication with the host, fast and easy self check in. The area is quite and peaceful, with a few restaurants and a supermarket in the surroundings and the lovely Alexandra Park.

Far from the city centre. A bit noisy when walking up and down the stairs.

One of the days there were very noisy guests Me and my friend next door could not sleep at all They were very inconsiderate Slamming doors and could hear their thumbing steps. It was late at night No t the guest house fault though.. If you could emphasise with more signs in accommodation for people to be respectful and quiet …

The room was very big and there were an couple of sofas too, it is nice to have a kitchen to heat food. The accomodation is nearby a bus stop and a Tesco, so it is well comminicated to the centre. It was also very nice I could do the check in 30 min before. The bed was very confortable too and quiet neighbourhood.great communication with owners.

The walls were quite thin as I could hear the guest downstairs snoring or going to the toilet.
