Hidden gem close to city centre with all you could need!

Kamil was very communicative and it was easy with the pin code for the door. It was well spaced and had multiple facilities and the heating was fabulous in the cold weather. They had cereals etc for the morning if you wanted as well as enough cooking facilities. It’s a literal 5 minute walk from the city centre and the street was lovely and quiet. Also had a bath for relaxing and the beds had lots of pillows which need for a good nights sleep. There was plenty of towels, cutlery, bowls etc and very clean.

Nothing. There was a small stain coming from the plant but I think it had just been watered and the remote needed new batteries but it still worked! This property is faultless. Thanks Kamil for a fantastic stay with my daughter.

I'd book again but some minor work would improve the property..

Location was great, very close to city centre.

Extractor fan in bathroom needed cleaning. Shower screen needs to be bigger and more watertight, i.e. water creating dampness near toilet. Some of the switches and sockets we used needed tightening up. Window blinds need replaced. Some parts of the property needs work, i.e. paint scuffed at top of stairs by cases, bathroom wall opposite toilet could do with replastering.

The location was walkable into town and the house has two bedrooms. Kamil was a responsive host.

The location was walkable into town and close to the gaol. The out of hours hospital is close by and Kamil responded quickly to our messages.

We booked this house because it said it had off street parking. There were no spaces when we arrived. After driving around, we found a space in another road, but Kamil had kindly offered to refund any car parking charges we incurred. The house smelt of damp immediately upon arrival. There was a lot of damp in the bathroom, blown plaster on the walls and scuff marks up the stairs etc. The bedroom I stayed in had a boiler which was loud when the water turned on and the light from the base lit the room up at night as it was right next to the bed. There were no bedside lamps in the rooms, only the main bedroom ceiling light which was bright. The sofas were very uncomfortable and one was partly broken. The bathroom was downstairs. We didn’t feel overly safe in the area. But that said, we didn’t have any trouble.

The house is tired and needs a lick of paint up the stairs and the stair carpet needs a clean. We could not shower the water did not go down and we did not want to stand in dirty water. When you use the sink water bubbles up in bath. Theres an old stale water smell and damp in the bathroom. Down stairs toilet only not convenient for the evening useage All you would need in a kitchen

Modern Belfast City Home

The location was superb, especially as I know Belfast. The owner Kamil kept in contact during our stay to ensure everything was ok. Overall we had a fantastic long weekend in Northern Ireland and would certainly consider returning to this property. Street parking was a real bonus too.

The house overall was pretty good although there are certain small things which would make a real difference. Small areas of the house could do with being redecorated (stairs area) and the stair/landing carpet certainly needs replacing. It's a narrow and quite steep staircase so a handrail wouldn't go a miss. A mirror in the back bedroom would be nice as would a small table in the front bedroom so you can put belongings on it, for example a mobile phone.

Great for young people on a budget.

It was close to the town centre and the beds were comfortable. An effort had been made to modernise the home and it looks good in photos. The host was extremely accommodating and did everything to help us to check in early and made sure that we were ok. The apartment is fine for a couple of days if you are looking for a budget stay although I would suggest dropping the price to £100 for one night instead of £120.

The stairs needed cleaning and the blinds needed replacing as they were damaged. There are peeling patches on the wall that need replacing as does the chalkboard wall in the kitchen that makes it look like a student flat. The bathroom is downstairs and this seems common for houses like this. It can be a problem if you have to get up several times in the night to use the bathroom. The street itself can be very off putting with weeds everywhere and signs of neglect. That is not the fault of the property. Overall the property has potential but it needs a woman’s touch regarding décor and addressing the damp patches and stains on the wall and stair carpet.

Beautiful Belfast

Whilst we didn't meet our host the messaging communications were good, particularly about parking. Great location. Friendly & helpful neighbour (hats off to James). Bedrooms a good size & beds comfy.

A handrail for stairs would have been helpful as quite steep, particularly with suitcase! There is no bedside light in second bedroom. Nowhere to hang wet towels after showering. Bathroom got a lot of condensation even with fan on & window open. As shower over the bath, a non-slip mat would have been good.

Modern home in an ideal location.

The property was in an excellent location with close proximity to the centre. The property was very big with two good size double bedrooms, bath and shower and ample kitchen facilities. The host was also very contactable and let us know when the property was ready earlier than check in time.

The street the property sits in is abit dingy, however this is quickly forgotten as you enter the property. The property could do with a lick of paint, freshened up carpets, and a new shower screen. Nothing major but a few tweaks would make this a 10:10.

Very nice and central located apartment.

Nice and very clean house with spacious bedrooms and a kitchen with all the cooking equipment and a leaving room to relax after a wandering in Belfast. The check-in information was very very precise, so we found it very easy and made check-in in just a minute. It's very close to the city centre, which you can reach it by foot.

Wasn't What We Expected.

It did have Netfix. It was quite. There was near by a good shopping mall.

The stairs were too narrow and steep. The bathroom was downstairs away from upstairs bedrooms. We didn't drive but there were no open parking spaces. Near the shopping mall, we came across a hypodermic needle on the sidewalk.

Lovely little home.

Good location close to the city centre and Cathedral Quarter. Parking out the front of the property. Great kitchen and lounge. Nice and warm property.

The staircase is tight and steep. Fine for us but anyone with mobility issues would struggle. The Venetian blind in the front bedroom is damaged and doesn't shut tight so the street light comes into the room quite a bit. People should also note that the toilet and bathroom are downstairs off the back of the kitchen whilst both bedrooms are upstairs.
