The inside of the property was lovely had everything you would need in it.

The outside of the property and surrounding area looked neglected. There were weeds growing in the front garden right up to the front door. Made place look a little shabby

Accomodation fine - prop management company not great

Overall pretty good. Apartment was in a convenient location and generally well equipped ( odd no Tea Towels though). It did also seem strange that for 3 people ( potentially four as ×2 bedrooms), there was just one sofa. It needs an extra chair/ armchair and there is room for one. Have seen since previous reviews also comment on that. It was in a lively area but being 40 yards or so off main road , it was reasonably quiet.

Back door had been left open ( unlocked) when we arrived. Dirty cups in cupboard ( guessing not washed properly by previous occupants ). Cigarette butts in rear yard don't look great. Overall this was an ok rental BUT the management agents used, Pass the Keys were awful. Have never really had a bad booking.com experience. I completed all secure checks and docs uploaded then got repeat e mail messages again & again asking me to do same. Not exagerating to say from initial booking to check in 20 emails. I called re this and did not get much joy ...this outfit's performance will damage both renters and booming.com.

Great Belfast Apartment

The location was terrific, the area was pretty quiet & it was easy to walk to pubs, restaurants, cafés & bars. 10 mins walk from City Hall, hop on/off bus tour, Visit Belfast info centre etc. A Tesco Metro 1 min walk away was a great bonus! Apartment lounge/dining area was fine for 2 of us. Nice to have a bedroom & bathroom each, with good quality bed linen & towels, all very warm & clean, with a Smart TV in lounge. Would definitely stay here again in future.

Nothing we didn't like, although a few more items in the kitchen like a bread knife, carving knife, pair of tongs, egg cups & some more mugs would be useful. And I would expect more than 3 hangers in each wardrobe too. Occasional problems when watching the Smart TV, due to signal dropping out. But all minor details that didn't really impact our stay adversely

There were only 2 bath towels and 4 hand towels for 4 of us, it would have been better if there were 4 bath towels. T.v. kept losing the internet connection router kept resetting, we had to keep reconnecting it, a bit of a pain when kids watching it.

Excellent location, which is why this place was chosen for a two week stay. Quiet, near a supermarket, good and convenient heating system of the apartment, washing machine and dishwasher. On the first day in the apartment it was a little damp and dank, but during the night everything warmed up and became fine.

Very small bathroom for the master bedroom. The door opens into the toilet, I don’t know how a person of the size XXL can move there, there is absolutely no room. The bedroom is also super small on the right and left of the bed 30-40 cm distance from the bed to the wall. All my legs are bruised. The second bedroom and bathroom are much better, it should be with a double bed. There are not enough plates in the kitchen, if the apartment is for 4 people, then why are there 3 plates each? There is no pot, for example, you cannot boil pasta, as there is no pot and there is no colander. I had to buy both. Also, for some reason, they didn’t take the garbage from us, although we put everything as it was written in the instructions, we had to put two bags in the backyard. :-(

The house smelt very badly of smoke. We were there from Saturday evening until Thursday morning and whilst we aired out the property every day by opening the windows and the back door the smell of smoke did not dissipate my clothes and bags still smell like smoke now. The house was dirty (finger nails found on the floor and animal fats left on the oven tray).
