Wouldn’t stay here again due to lots of issues within the apartment.

The location was great only 5-10 min walk away from city hall, shops and restaurants.

Towels smelt of cigarettes Oven didn’t work Ignition button on cooker was broken Wasn’t very clean(lots of food crumbs)

Disappointing

Location

Apartment needs a good clean, bedding smelt stale (we went and bought bedding) oven door broken and inside dirty, coffee machine left dirty. shower door broken and flooded bathroom. Lock box difficult to open and close. Wardrobe missing a door, floors, tiles cracked wooden floors worn and rough. No wine glasses. Food left in fridge. Contacted owner on return and was told we should have contacted them whilst there (only there for weekend) and anyway it was good value for money was the response.

Great apartment, simple fixes required

The location is great, being a very short walk into the heart of Belfast city centre. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen / living area and two bedrooms (one large with en suite bathroom and one small) rooms both with a double bed.

Both the en suite and main bathroom had issues with the water being a bit too cold throughout the stay. Even with the hot water turned up to max heat, the en suite shower was still cold to use for my partner to use on two of the 3 nights we stayed. The en suite shower also did not drain the water very well. The kitchen area looks like it could do with a deep clean. Thick layer of dust on top of the refrigerator. Oven and two coffee machines were also dirty which stopped us from wanting to use them. The place would be a lot better if these simple fixes were made.

Comfy stay in a good location

Place was spacious for the two of us that stayed, lounge room and kitchen/dining upstairs and the two bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs. There was access on both levels which was good for not having to carry luggage on the stairs. Lounge was very comfy, beds were comfy enough, towels provided were big and soft, place was clean. Full kitchen including oven and microwave. Balconies off the dining space and master bedroom. Good location, about 10mins walk to the city hall where a lot of public transport is and hop on hop off bus stops. Washer dryer was great to have too (although a wash and dry cycle took about 7hrs)

Some maintenance/repairs required to the property, there was cracked tiles in the bathroom, some of the window and door latches were abit fiddly, had to get out of the shower slowly as the tiles were slippery. TV and oven both had to be turned off at the power point and back on again before they would work (every time). Host took over 24hrs to respond to assistance for the TV and only after I re-messaged them asking for help. Deep clean needed as well, surface clean done well but mould in the washer machine tray and shower

Lots of small things that need updating - sink plugs that don’t fit or are missing, toilet seat that doesn’t fit, taps that are difficult to use, mattresses not that comfy, TV didn’t work.

Enjoyed my stay at this apartment

The location is perfect — most major sights are within walking distance! The apartment is very quiet in the evenings, making it great for a restful stay. Spacious, cozy, clean, and well worth the price — I’d 100% recommend it for families or groups of friends. You can find any necessary (pan, cups, towels etc.) facilities in the apartment as well.

The waterbasin drain outside the bedrooms appears to have a problem. The drainage is quite slow, and water occasionally backs up and overflows from the pipe.

Great place to stay for touring around. Easy access to buses & night life.

The property was very central for moving about Belfast. It had everything we needed & was very spacious but was a bit dated. The host was very responsive & very prompt in us get the tv working.

There were a few things that needed fixing but nothing major. The oven was very dirty & the door didn’t fit properly so we couldn’t use it. Disappointed!

Brilliant apartment for travelling with older kids!

The apartment was in a great central location had secure parking and was very comfortable. I stayed with my two kids both under 13 and they settled in immediately. The parking was secure and off the main road. Access to the flat by stair or elevater. Apartment has everything you need in it for a short or long stay. 2 decent sized bedrooms one with an ensuite, a main toilet/shower room these are on downstairs floor. On top floor there is an open plan lounge/kitchen dining area.

The only negative thing I could bring up which didn't affect out stay was the main bathroom plug was stuck in the plughole so we couldn't use that sink. We just used the other bathroom sink.

Not worth the price that is asked for.

The living room was comfortable enough.

The staircase right next to the door as you come in didn't really seem very safe. The cutlery was filthy and the appliances seemed barely functional, the gas hob and the oven had nearly non existent markings as they have been worn off. The metal blinds were in tatters and the TV set was ancient and not working very well. Also the pillows were extremely flat and the beds were pretty uncomfortable, very much not worth the money being asked for here.

Didn’t want to spend too much time in apartment as was dirty

Location and parking

It was very dirty and not maintained, couldn’t use kitchen beside making a tea as cooker door broken and everything was dirty. One shower door was broken and showers were dirty, floors all stained, stains on bottom of bedroom curtains and walls. Not worth £535 for 3nights. It’s next to premier inn which was clean and half the cost!

it could be cleaner, kitchen ware and appliances was dirty ,or not working properly, no instuctions how to use anything ,tv channels poor, washing in machine.kitchen units dangerous, could do with a spare hand towel.
