A comfortable and enjoyable stay , easily within reach of city center amenities, only wish we could have stayed longer.

The house was very comfortable, centrally located, with all the facilities one could need for a family of four, in a quiet street within walking distance of everything and secure,free,parking.

Nothing to dislike about it, the stairs are a bit steep but that couldn’t be helped with the layout and space available.

Fantastic apartment

Me and a few friends went down for the day and we were surprised at how nice and clean this place was. The kitchen was nicely equipped with everything you need to make food or drink place was pretty spacious and the location was good. Would recommend this place

Fantastic stay in Belfast

The location, parking, decor and the neighbors were fantastic! The kitchen was lovely, had tea and sugar! Everything was very clean, the bathroom was great, with nice clean towels. The bedroom we slept in was great with lots of storage for a longer stay! I personally found the bed quite firm, but that’s my taste. Hubby thought it was quite comfy, he loved all of pillows! Did I mention the neighbors are so welcoming?!

A nice cosy place. Enjoyed having a kitchen and laundry facilities after a week of hotel rooms that didn't even have a fridge. Easy walking distance to town, tour pick up spots and a short uber to the city airport.

Great location to Cathedral quarter and parking for car rental. Had everything one would need for overnite stay in Belfast, would have been happy to stay an extra night or two, if had time. Quiet enough for location and street proximity.. Facility had everything one could want, we even did load of washing. Comfortable bed, great kitchen

Whilst the property was unacceptable, the owner was friendly and helpful. The cleaner does a fair job with what she is working with.

The property is poorly maintained. The main double bed has a stained, unhygienic, flipped over, broken mattress that was absolutely abhorrent. All mattresses and pillows need replacing. We were booked for two nights but had to leave after a sleepless 1st night. The main purpose for a property is to provide a clean safe place to sleep and stay and this was far from the case. Bathroom has broken parts in the bath/shower, the toilet bowl moves as its not secured to the floor, the outdoor laundry is disorganised, mouldy and a trip hazard, the electric kettle had to be boiled multiple times and was still unusable due to something coming off the inside surface. The steps to bedrooms etc are steep and unsafe. We could go on...

Do not stay here without evidence of pest control having been in and "new photographs" showing complete revamp

Nothing was worth mentioning except the location. But unfortunately unlike the programme, in this instance Location was not everything. But the MICE obviously like it.

House in need of complete revamp as agreed by the owner. Bath leaks, toilet is wobbly .. beds very uncomfortanle, cleaners had not been when we arrived, which was just before 3pm .. so we had to leave again when they arrived to facilitate cleaning. Gaps under doors .. so would imagine very cold any later in the year. .. last but not least .. furry visitors were very unwelcome .. so obviously having investigated and discovered mouse droppings in cupboards and drawers .. had no faith in "cleaning services" .. unfortunately for us .. we could not get accommodation anywhere at this stage as Belfast was very busy and completely booked with Les Miserables being shown which is what we had travelled for .. and one of the party had travelled from Wexford ..and both by public transport.. otherwise we would have vacated as quickly as possible. So obviously we could not use the facilities with vermin roaming around. We did vacate as quickly as practicable on Sunday morning .. had a cup of tea at the bus station. I have taken photographs .. but to date have not been able to find anywhere I can upload them. I had a battle to get a refund .. as the owner said .. I would get a partial refund .. minus "cleaning fees" ... even tho he messaged me to say he had Pest Control in on the Monday .. so i just hope nobody was staying on the Sunday night ... and as i say was offered partial refund. on the basis I did not put up a bad review... and btw I do have all these messages saved as screen shots.. so my information cannot be disputed. So for anyone who has booked .. please ensure there is a certificate from pest control giving the property the all clear .. and ask the owner if he has fixed the other issues and replaced the beds .. and fixed the gaps under the doors .. especiallythe back door .. which im sure is probablywhere the mice got in... the owner was trying to say it was possiblydue to construction going on down the street...

The property is lovely. It is located in a terrace of what I believe were originally mill workers’ houses. The property has been refurbished to a high standard giving a boutique feel but still retaining traditional elements. Very clean and well-equipped.

I can’t say there was anything that I disliked about the property. It was in a very central location and communication from the owner was excellent from start to finish.

Appartamento carino disposto su due piani, fornito di tutto il necessario sia in cucina che nel resto della casa. Parcheggio davanti l'abitazione , vicinissimo alla fermata dei bus e dal centro ci si arriva a piedi in 15 minuti.

Frigorifero e Frizer non funzionanti erano accessi ma il Frigorifero praticamente non rinfrescava era temperatura ambiente, Frizer completamente ghiacciato non si chiudeva neanche lo sportello per quanto ghiaccio c'era, infatti non è stato possibile utilizzarli entrambi ed è stato un vero disagio, abbiamo subito avvisato il proprietario ma non abbiamo ricevuto risposta! Alcuni cassetti della cucina non erano del tutto puliti, soprattutto in quello dove erano presenti i piatti e le ciotole.

Le logement est bien situé. Nous avons pu rencontrer la fameuse voisine... Le logement est bien équipé et propre.

Le système de remplissage d'eau des wc rend l'utilisation à la chaîne assez délicate. En effet, cela se remplit tout doucement et si deux personnes souhaitent aller aux toilettes à la suite, la 2e ne pourra pas tirer la chasse. Il faudrait pouvoir remplir le réservoir en cas de besoin.

Localizada a poucos minutos a pé do centro da cidade. Local tranquilo e embora os lugares de estacionamento não sejam muitos, conseguimos estacionar mesmo em frente à porta. A cozinha está bem equipada. A casa é confortável.

A cama de casal é estreita. As escadas, além de estreitas têm os degraus curtos e rangem. Calço o 36 e o meu pé ficava fora dos degraus. No entanto, pelo preço, não se pode exigir muito mais
