Fully equipped 2 bed unit; even has washing machine and tumble dryer. Well located near a bunch of bars and supermarket.
Washing machine struggled a bit; needs to be serviced.

Close to CBD.
Price was reasonable.
Water pressure in shower was good.
Neighbors were very friendly & helpful.
Broken parts - fridge not working, broken window in one bedroom, loose cleaner’s cupboard door in kitchen which fell out.
Hot shower tap was difficult to manage.
No chalk left to sign the kitchen wall.

Loved the location. House was very comfortable. Easy access with clear instructions. We had a lovely stay and felt so safe and relaxed. Everything was clean and easy to use. Fantastic value for money and would return.
Parking is available but there are cones up outside and I was unsure what to do. Luckily some lovely neighbours helped me out. Need clearer information on what spots to avoid because of some temperamental neighbours.
Also stairs are only suitable for people with good mobility which is worth noting.
