Room was standard for student accommodation however it was disappointing that the kitchen was not stocked with cutlery which was annoying. Location was good - a little on the outskirts but easy to walk to everything I needed or to use public transport

Kitchen did not have cutlery and i believe we were not supposed to use the space. It would have been so handy to have access to this.

Spotless, more than accomodating for early check in and the reception staff were so kind and welcoming.

Location, central and close to all the action. The room was basic but clean and quiet, the aircon worked too well, I had to turn it off. Staff are very helpful. The building has all amenities: laundry room, kitchens, lounge areas, play rooms...the 2 lifts efficiently service all rooms with no need to wait too long if the first one is full. I was lucky to be in Belfast during their Fleadh Festival so all streets were closed for pedestrians, food and drink stalls in every street in the city centre. It was all good vibes and great memories I'll keep.

Location is central and very good. Our mattress was very comfortable and the bed sheets were pretty cozy. Cleanliness in the room is also a plus. Staff was friendly

My low rating comes from the filthiness of the object and not anything else. Outside of the room (that was very clean) you could see dirt floating even in the air, let’s say. The carpets were worn and filthy with trash and dirty spots literally everywhere; the walls were scratched, and the elevators were smelly. The common kitchen downstairs had a very unpleasant stench and a broken door. Beautiful photos of the interiors couldn’t be further from the truth - in real life, the object is not modern or fresh as it's shown in the photos. Everything is pretty used and worn out which is surprising because the building itself looks like a fresh build. When you’re passing by other student homes around they are bright, lively, and illuminated with gorgeous hallways and receptions. Our building was dark, with no lights, front desk was usually empty and dark. Trash bins, bike park, and back corridors give serial killer vibes
