Beautiful house ...plenty of space and added extras such as toiletries , kitchen utensils and pots and pans some extras you may need on arrival such as a cuppa ..location excellent for the centre £6 for a taxi into the centre or right next to the bus route into the city Communication from Matt has been excellent and he has everything covered on booking

Coming from a council estate i understand the location could be a little intimidating to begin with which i did experience myself the first night with banging on windows during the night and chapping of doors very loudly which both myself and daughter sleeping in different parts of the house experienced during the night unsure if it was a neighbours windows and doors being banged , or where we were staying ,waking us a few times during the sleeping hours , the following evenings we never heard a peep ...not something that the owner has any control over

Good space and number of bedrooms for adults and teenagers. Property was clean with everything we needed for our stay.

Maybe slightly more comfortable seating downstairs would make your stay more relaxing.

Great base for exploring Belfast. If you are planning to be out and about the house was fine but I found it rather basic but my teenage sons were happy with the Wi-Fi! This was the the cheapest place we stayed in on our road trip of Northern Ireland.

Would not recommend if you are looking for somewhere cosy to relax at the end of a busy day sightseeing; it felt more like students digs and furnishings were basic; there was a cigarette burn on the sofa . There was a washing machine but not soap powder provided. Had to pay a refundable damage deposit which was refunded quickly after our stay.
