Good value for money for a short stay. No thrills but clean and comfy.

Property is situated within walking distance of most places we needed to visit. Was able to park my car directly outside which was a bonus. Also lots of little essentials inside the apartment. Loved the personal message on the chalk board!

Exactly what we needed

Simple layout and had all the necessities. Instructions were really clear and useful. Convenient location very close to shops and restaurants.

Could hear upstairs occupants very clearly but luckily they slept when we slept and we were out most of the day! Could do with bigger mugs but that’s just personal preference!

Great stay in Belfast

The apartment is located in a great area with lots to do around, it was clean and comfortable. The host was super lovely, adding extra little touches to make us feel welcomed.

There is a lot of humidity, but that's the entire island and not the fault of the apartment itself. However a dehumidifier could prove useful, provided that guests understand how to use it and can look after it.

Muy cómoda estadía en Belfast.

Muy comodo y muy bien equipado. El check in fue muy cómodo siguiendo las instrucciones. Pudimos lavar ropa en lavarropa, había jabón y como tiene calefacción central, pudimos cecar la ropa muy bien. Tiene lavavajillas también, la habitacion principal da a la calle y entra mucha luz allí. El baño es amplio y cómodo.

Haria falta una limpieza extra profunda de algunas cosas, como la moqueta por ej, el patio interno que es area compartida, la vereda. Es un barrio cómodo para acceder pero está un poco descuidado, sucio.

Eigentlich schöne Wohnung wegen Feuchtigkeit fast nicht benutzbar

Lage ruhig mit Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Die Wohnung ist sehr feucht, besonders in der Küche Schimmelüberzug an Kochutensilien, Pfannen und Spülmaschinendichtung. Durch den Schimmel hat meine Frau Asthmaanfälle bekommen, zum Glück ging es im Schlafzimmer sonst hätten wir die Wohnung nicht für zwei Nächte nutzen können.
