Fantastic accommodation at great price

Room was spacious and bright. Nice comfortable bed and plenty of room. Kitchen had everything you coukd need. Bathrooms were big and great showers. Towels are provided in your room. The entire property was really clean and tidy.

I had a memorable time in Belfast.

The location was just a ten minute walk into the city which was good. I liked the minimalist style of the townhouse. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. The shower was perfect.

I really didn't like the abundance of flags but I appreciate that the owner can do nothing about that. Thus there was nothing I didn't like with the townhouse itself.

A let down, overpriced, but minimally comfortable

The room is in a quiet neighborhood, walkable to the city center (a marathon prevented us from using public transportation that day). The room was spacious enough and the bed comfortable. There was a well equipped shared kitchen to be freely used. Everything was bare minimum. I don’t get the prices in this city honestly!!

We went all around the Irish coasts but this place was the most expensive and still with the least quality service. The rooms were not clean (there were suspicious spots on the sheets) and hairs all over the shared bathroom. People used the shared bathroom as if it was their own, leaving their stuff everywhere so no one else had any room left. Rules should be enforced for a more comfortable shared environment. It is already a nuisance to climb a floor for the bathroom. The kitchen was right next to our room, which is uncomfortable in the morning when other guests come down. The hosts were not responsive; when they demanded a 10 am checkout and we asked if there was any flexibility in this regard, they simply did not answer. This was the last time we opted for the “cheaper” option in the city.

Good location, clean. Not ideal for lone females. Noisy and felt unsafe.

Location was good, just 15 minutes walk from town. Beds comfortable, showers great, clean, rooms and plenty of room.

We didn’t feel safe in this location, was opposite a rangers supporters club and deserted at nights except from lone men on motorbikes and bicycles acting strangely. One shouted something at us and another made weird hand gestures! We were scared! Deafening noise from low flying planes.

Very clean Georgian house.

Nice property in a very quiet neighborhood within walking distance from the city center. The house, bedroom and two toilets were really clean. Very comfortable mattress. TV included in the bedroom. Nice and full height mirror in the bedroom . Two toilets to share with the rest of the house

Despite the fact that there are two bedsides with two lamps on both sides of the bed, just one side has a socket.

I really like this place, all as described and it is really clean place.

The host was very responsive once I booked the place. The instructions for checking in was sent in the same day of arriving early morning which is perfect. Each room has it is own lock password and that is make it safe for your belongings. The room was clean and as described in the image. The intent was fast. All in all was nice and clean place. The host always keep an eye on having the place clean all the time, which something i really like.

The only thing maybe won’t be easy for some people is the location. It is 30min walk to the city center. But in this case you can use the bus, it is better to download the app to buy the metro(bus)/Glider ticket because it is much cheaper that buying it on the bus itself.

All you need once inside

Clean room, bathroom/WC & kitchen. Surprisingly quiet considering 5 bedrooms on the 3 floors. Close to bus stop. Easy parking once inside

rubble, weeds and rubbish bags at the entrance wasnt a gd start, plus dog fouling on the pavements outside, noisy building site opposite and on the flight path for Belfast City airport

Amazing stay in a super clean house

Though it was a shared house but bathrooms and common areas were too clean. We did not have any issues using bathrooms. There were two common bathrooms in the house of 5 rooms. The kitchen was very clean and well equipped. Our room was also very clean and comfortable. We tried to keep the common area clean after our use.I would like to stay here again if I visit belfast again. The house was around 25 mins walk from the city center.

Everything was good about the stay.Just one thing that there was no super store(Tesco/Aldi/Morrisons/Lidl/Asda) nearby. I was looking for these to get some milk, bread and eggs for breakfast.

A 20 minutes walk to city centre. Two bus routes very close by. Everything about the accommodation was excellent. Wonderful fully equipped kitchen. All rooms with key lock security plus a locked front door. Self check in but this was made easy with some very clear instructions. Would recommend.
