Perfect for the home away from home feel

This was our second week staying in Numb91, and it was as perfect and homely as previous. It’s warm, cosy, exceptional clean and felt just like home. Beds are so clean and comfortable. Each room is beautifully furnished. There is a cute paved back yard but since we are down for work and it’s winter we didn’t get the benefit. But hopefully we will return in summer.

Like home away from home

This gorgeous 3 level home is so comfortable, so homely and exceptionally clean. We stayed for 5 night for work, and the host made us feel so welcomed. The street is safe, and neighbours lovely too. The beds are all so fresh and comfortable, I couldn’t pick one thing to fault the house or our stay, it’s very close to a supermarket and convenient to the city centre. We have booked in again this month for more another work trip and it’s a relief having accommodation that is so suitable.

A lovely place to stay while visiting Belfast.

The house was quaint and we liked the decor. We were comfortable in it and made some use of kitchen and laundry.The location was good for exploring Belfast while we had a car but local buses were confusing. Overall a great stay!

Stairs were a challenge at times especially as one of the rails was broken. No other concerns.

Excellent stay for excellent value

As we had hired a car, the house was conveniently situated for access to the city centre and the motorway. The house was very comfortable and extremely clean and well maintained. The key lock box made it convenient to both collect and drop-off the house key.

Absolutely everything! Such a warm surprised welcoming with a box of chocolates, a bottle of Prosecco; and even milk in the fridge. The home was beautiful, extremely comfortable and made us feel like we were in our home away from home.❤️

Unfortunately, prior guests broke the outdoor rotary clothes hanger; so drying our washing outdoors wasn’t an option. Although learning why there wasn’t a clothes line or hanger isn’t a complaint.

Very satisfactory for a short stay.

The Landlady kept in touch and responded to problems very quickly. The garden beyond the backyard was bright and had a sitting area in the sunshine. with the park trees just the other side of the wall. The rooms were well furnished. There was a nice welcome basket and some basic food items in the fridge and cupboard. Free parking, even though it was on the opposite side of the road to the house. The Wifi signal was good. Being in a City, the Deliveroo options were many and varied. The beds were comfy. The heating works well since the very kind and expert neighbour came round to fix it.

The under sheets and mattress protectors could do with a change. The blinds need to be mended. The Landlady said there is a long list of things that need her attention. One very small third bedroom with the water storage tank in a cupboard. The tank made loud noises whenever water was run, which disturbed the sleep of the occupant of the bedroom. The Oil fired central heating didn't work when we got there, but only took about 4 hours for it to be fixed, by a very kind, practical neighbour. The instructions about household matters including water heating and rubbish dispsal need to be more detailed The immediate backyard is a bit bare and grim, and the door in the wall not obviously openable.

Exceptional

My friends and I stayed here for 2 nights for a reunion and we had a great stay. The house is large, clean and comfy and Joy is a great host who was on hand by phone to help with any questions. The bedrooms were clean and beds super comfy. Joy also supplied all the little things which made the difference for us - milk, bread, toiletries etc.. The back yard was also a perfect little sun trap!

Joy is a lovely host. She and partner accomodated our early bag drop off request. The house smells nice, clean, has netflix and prime video which is good to watch and relax after wholedays walk. A good size toilet, clean rooms and fully functional kitchen. A little far from city center but bus stop is literally outside..... they also provided us with goodies.the apple pie was sumptous...and theres a good park literally at the back of the property if you fancy a jog.

The mattres is so soft for us as we got used to hard mattress. A powder room downstairs would have been nice in case there are older people with the group..

This house was perfect for our stay in Belfast! The host Joy met us on arrival and was very accommodating the whole trip, keeping in touch to ensure we had everything we needed. The location was great too, very central and easy to get around. The house itself is in great condition along with a nice big garden out the back! Would definitely stay here again
