Conveniently located to city center transit

Could use a flat sheet, the duvet cover for the comforter didn’t feel like enough between that and the insert. Would have been more comfortable. I know I got warm and would have liked to use the sheet. It was so warm I know I sweat thru to the comforter and would have felt better with an additional layer.

Rough area in the East side of the city where I did not feel safe or comfortable

The room itself was basic but clean, small common kitchen and shared bathroom. Free wifi

The accommodation itself was clean and basic, I had a small single room right beside the common kitchen. I did not sleep well due to other guests cooking and setting off the fire alarm several times late at night and again early in the morning but that is the sort of stuff I can deal with. What made my stay very uncomfortable is the fact that he house is in the East side of the city. As someone unfamiliar with the area, I found the atmosphere tense and unwelcoming, which left me feeling unsafe and out of place. The streets nearby were noticeably rough and dirty and lacked amenities like shops or cafés. I had to walk a considerable distance back to the city center just to find a pleasant place to eat. Even though I had booked for two nights, I left after the first night because I didn't feel secure staying there any longer. I hope the host understands that while the accommodation itself was okay, the surrounding environment deeply affected my experience.

The owner was a very nice guy and the place was great value for money.

I loved how respectful everyone was and that it was great value for money. The owner was very nice and understanding when my taxi arrived earlier then expected at the location. Rooms were a great size and well kept / cleaned. Tbh nothing i didn't enjoy at the property. I had a truly wonderful stay. I will definitely stay again in the future, when needed.

Nice stay for good value

The room and the bathroom were very clean.The towels and shower gel were provided (no shampoo though). The room was quite warm. The landlord was responsive and helpful. Public transport is nearby, making it easy to reach the city center. Overall, a very nice place for the good price.

The shower was not the best. The regulator had to be set up to a specific temperature otherwise it wouldn't properly control the water temperature.The room was quite small and window faced the road—you could easily hear planes and cars passing by. It wasn't a big issue for us, but it might be a dealbreaker for some.

Good location with necessities

Good location with an easy 30 mins walk to the center or the Titanic museum. The bed was comfy and the shower was warm which was good as we only needed a place to sleep and freshen up. The area was quiet enough despite being close to the road.

There was a cooker but we were not allowed to use it. It's located in East Belfast which didn't bother us but could be a shock to others. Activating the door code was a little tricky as it was sometimes hard to see the numbers

Comfortable and clean, good value. Good TV and wifi. Don't come here if you want to chat to people - I was just messaged the key codes and had no face to face contact with anyone, but there was everything I needed, including a good kitchenette (shared). Easy to walk or bus to the city centre.

The takeaways nearby are very limited. I ended up with a microwave meal from Iceland.

The pillows could have been more comfy and there was a little smell in the room when we got in - we were keeping the window open so it went away and didnt bother. It was weird that we couldnt use the kitchen for making food even though there is normal kitchen equipment in the house.

Ok price for few nights stay.

Convenient to where my training for work was being held. Value for money and clean for what I needed somewhere to stay for couple of nights.

I was disappointed I could not cook in the place and the kitchen was very small along the hallway under the stairs. Also it was noisy when people were in room up above I could hear them talking and moving about.

Just what I needed for my stay in Belfast.

- Very easy self-check in. - Very easy to get to from the train station. - Good access to public transportation. Templemore has its own bus stop so that you just have to walk a few blocks and you can jump on the Glider and head into City Centre. -Everything was nice and clean. I was traveling solo and I had a small room on ground floor. The shared bathroom isn’t shared by many people and it was always available when I went to use it. If I’m back in Belfast any time soon I will def be checking to see if this property is available.

Convenient location for the sights of Belfast.

We stayed on the ground floor which was conveniemt for the shared bathroom and kitchen area. We were the only room on the ground floor and did not see the guests staying on the upper floor at any time. The accommodation is small but sufficient. It is very convenient for the Titanic Quarter and Belfast city, both of which can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes.

No indication on the front of the building that it was the correct place. It looks like a normal house, so it was a little confusing when we arrived in the taxi. Not a major problem though.

Anytime I visit Belfast again I am going to stay longer this time.

Reviews sometimes can be misleading, I got to the property I was swept off my feet. It was excellent, if I had followed the review I read before renting the property I wouldn't have rented it but the property was so clean and well furnished and so quiet. I really enjoyed my stay; it was valued for the money I paid.

Everything about the property is very perfect, none that I can think of because I enjoyed my stay. I can say it was home away from home. I will recommend it to anyone visiting Belfast. It is worth the cash I spent.

it was convenient for an event I was attending

my room was at the front of the building, next to the front door. whilst this gave me no actual problems during my stay, it made me a touch uneasy (as I had to leave my room to use the shared bathroom). I was fully aware of the shared facilities in advance, and they were not a problem (& very clean)
