Spacious appartment and comfortable bed. Good transport into the city centre.

The reviews were so different to our experience. The place was not so clean; mould and dirt in the shower, sticky kitchen cupboards, terrible smell of fish when we arrived, dirty clothes in the utility room. Could do with a new toilet seat, some extra glasses and mugs etc. we stayed for a week, got one set of towels. An extra set of linen would have cost an extra 65 pounds. We had various problems with appliances. We really can understand it when there is something broken or not working, but we had so many things that just were not ok. Will definitely not return!

Overall stay is good

When we about to check in 3pm the room is not clean, we need to contact the host and check in around 6pm instead

The place is clean big and had everything i needed. planning to come back in a few months will try and stay in this property again.

can't think of nothing

I liked the comfy bed and the space generally. Although the property was on a main road, the bedroom was nice and quiet. I liked the even temperature in the apartment, especially coming in in the early or mid evening. Decent lighting for reading in bed, as well, which was nice.

Kitchen was missing a pan for vegetables (had to use a wok!), scissors, there was only 1 wine glass and 3 mugs - not really a fully equipped kitchen. The pillows were dreadful, lumpy and low on padding. There were no instructions for the tv - couldn't find BBC1 for example; this was annoying. The cushions in the sitting room were actually a bit smelly; need washing or replacing. The cupboard door handle comes off. Overall, I think the apartment needs some improvement: it's a lot of money to pay and then find things to be unsatisfactory.
