Clean, neat and tidy with all the facilities for a 2 night stay. The apartment is an easy walk to the CBD and Titanic Experience. The locals were very friendly and welcoming, providing great advice on what to see and how.

2 flights of stairs with our bags was a little challenging. We are on an extended holiday so our bags were quite big.

The apartment has everything thing you need Big bedroom and a big clean bathroom / and good heating Location is good just don't rely on Google maps as it puts you in the wrong place A tesco superstore is a 10 minute walk

The pillows need to be changed over as they both are lumpy and uncomfortable There should be a rubber non slip mat available when using the shower as the plastic base can get quiet slippery

Der Check-in mithilfe einer Schlüsselbox ist sehr einfach. In der Nähe kann man kostenlose Parkplätze finden. Das Apartment ist sehr gut und ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche mit Backofen, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, sogar Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, kl. Gefrierschrank, ausreichend Geschirr- besser geht es nicht. Die Einrichtung war geschmackvoll und auch recht gemütlich. Direkt vor dem Apartment ist die Bushaltestelle. Zu Fuß geht man 25-30 Minuten in die Stadt, also ist die Lage für eine Großstadt auch wirklich prima. Das Apartment war auf 21 °C vorgeheizt, als wir ankamen. Wir können das Apartment auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Wir fanden die Matratzen der Betten etwas weich, aber das ist bekanntlich Geschmackssache. Es gab eine Spülmaschine, aber wir konnten nirgends die Tabs dazu finden. Ich hatte den Inhaber am ersten Abend diesbezüglich angeschrieben, darauf aber nie eine Antwort erhalten. Wir haben halt dann mit der Hand gespült, war auch kein Problem. Eine Rückmeldung wäre trotzdem schön gewesen.

Sorry but Hygiene. Got a message that the unit rented was different from the unit we were to go to. The taxi dropped us off at a lot full of garbage which was beside the front entrance. Lock boxes were beside mail boxes which looked like a crow bar had been used on them. Couldn't sleep on the bed due to stained (maybe dirt) sheets and pillows. Dresser drawers had hair in them, as did the washing machine, bathroom had a little mold but looked like the cleanest room in the unit . Kitchen > fridge dirty & drawers broken, cutting board very dirty, dishwasher was very dirty, cupboards dirty, microwave dirty, and stove filthy. Kitchen table had covered in spilt food. Went out and bought detol sanitizer, paper towel, paper plates, cups and a cloth to clean all the door handles, chairs, side tables and coffee tables before I could go to sleep on the couch. Bedroom curtain screw anchors pulled out of the wall and ready to fall.
