Large Room Near City Centre

Great value, spacious room. Where flexible for late check in.

Converted apartments so some plug sockets are placed awkwardly, could do with access to a spare extension lead for bedside table, dressing table etc. not a massive issue tho, and may have just been the room we stayed in.

Vynikající poloha v klidné čtvrti na předměstí, přímo u autobusové zastávky směr centrum, autobusy jezdí velmi často. Klidný pokoj s pěkným výhledem. Nedaleko supermarket Lidl a další obchody. Dobře vybavená kuchyň a společné obývací prostory. Perfektní komunikace s ubytovatelem (bohužel jsme se neviděli, ale reakce přes Booking nebo WhatsApp byly okamžité a vstřícné).

Jan pár drobností: v pokoji by mohl být odpadový koš, alespoň malý. Rozsvěcení (šňůra) v koupelně by mohlo být umístěno na levé straně, po otevření koupelny by bylo lépe po ruce. Při mém příjezdu byl nepořádek v zásuvkách prádelníku a nočního stolku, sama jsem si jej uklidila. To jsou však jen malé detaily na jinak vynikajícím ubytování.

It felt very homely and pleasurable, we didn’t have any issues throughout the entire stay.

There wasn’t any white sugar only brown and we couldn’t find any teabags after the (3) teabags we’d used were gone.

The bed was super comfortable and the room was quite spacious, and the bus stop was right outside the flat, just a little down the road, so it was quite accessible. Everything in the bedroom was clean and the tv was good. It was nice that there was some snacks and stuff laid out.

No access to the kitchen was previously discussed, however I still went to look around to make sure nothing dodgy was going on in the flat as my girlfriend can get quite worried. The state of the kitchen was quite disgusting and it didn’t even look cleaned up for the arrival of guests. Even though we had no access to it, I still think it would have been reasonable since it’s the first thing you see upon arrival. I also think it’s quite odd that the other guests in room B were allowed access to the kitchen all throughout the night but I received a message telling me that I couldn’t go in (they have security cameras up). On the topic of the other tenants, this place needs to be advertised as child friendly as they had a baby that was crying throughout the night. There was an odd smell in the flat but fortunately not in the room. The living room is the next thing you see as you enter the flat which is directly to the left. There was a massive covering and it was a little off putting. I don’t like that the name is “grand central stays” when this is clearly just a room in someone’s flat, and shouldn’t be advertised as a luxury hotel. The water in the snacks area was also horrible tasting, as if it had been in there for a few days, and the room didn’t have a bin.
