It was exceptional overall and would definitely stay at this hotel again!

It felt very homely and pleasurable, we didn’t have any issues throughout the entire stay.

There wasn’t any white sugar only brown and we couldn’t find any teabags after the (3) teabags we’d used were gone.

Excellent value for money

The room was excellent value for money and in a fantastic location with easy access to the city centre. It was very spacious, and my teenage son and I were completely comfortable throughout our stay. The host was extremely helpful and always available, which made the experience even better. I would definitely book this property again and would highly recommend it to anyone lucky enough to come across it.

Not very pleasant.

Unfortunately, our experience at this property was not very pleasant. Upon arrival, we noticed a very strong smell of food that was impregnated throughout the apartment. The odour was intense enough to cause us a headache. In addition, the apartment was cold and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The bed was quite noisy and uncomfortable. When we arrived, we saw a person at the entrance whom we initially thought was a neighbour. We greeted him, but there was no response. Following the instructions provided, we went upstairs to Apartment 7, and the same person followed us and informed us that the apartment and the bedroom door were already open, as he was moving some furniture. During the night, we were surprised by the sound of a newborn baby crying in another room. The baby cried several times throughout the night, which significantly disturbed our rest. We understand that this was an unexpected situation and that the baby will grow, but unfortunately it affected our stay. For these reasons, we would not recommend this place based on our experience.

Lack of transparency regarding the fact that it’s occupied by a tenant who you share the space with. It should be more clear and upfront.

Good bus links to the City.

Bedroom was basically, no TV, no heating, bulbs missing from lighting. Was informed of sharing but not that someone lived there 24/7. Did not like this. Did not feel comfortable as she had all her personal possessions in the property.

Very nice clean property and good value for money.

The room and whole house is very clean and spotless. Bathroom and kitchen facility are also very clean. Kitchen facility is also very good for breakfast and warm up our own food.

Large space with kettle, tea etc. Easy bus route in and out of town. Nice towels, quiet.
