A Groundhopper'srecommendation!

We can heartily recommend a stay with the wonderful Kyle. The location in East Belfast is just a 10-15 minute ride away from the Arena and Titanic Museum and for any football enthusiasts Glentoran FC, and is literally round the corner from Dundela FC.. Crusaders and Linfield (the National stadium) are also within easy reach. Our rooms were clean and spacious and a light breakfast was included. Kyle couldn't have been more helpful and had some fascinating stories to tell. He even helped by transporting us when we needed. Highly recommended, especially for any sporting or music enthusiasts!

Very enjoyable stay

Very welcoming host, Kyle was great to talk to and makes you feel at ease. The house is comfortable and nicely decorated, you can tell that care is taken to make it good for visitors. Bedroom was spacious and bed comfortable, access to comfortable lounge, dining area and kitchen. The nearby area had coffee shops and pubs to visit, with music and so on. I would happily stay here again.

Bathroom was shared with other guests and was not close to the room. Bed linings were not freshly changed. Probably it would be good idea for the property, not to host more then one family or group at the time.

nice owner, lovely building, bad situation for him and hence us !

The place was overbooked because of the British open Golf on. The owner had overbooked the rooms so had shifted out of his own room to sleep in a study room on a matress on the floor and we had his bedroom. He had tried his best I guess to accomodate but unfortunately the guy had a Body Odour problem and the bed and hence the room ponged so much that my wife covered the bed with her own clothing and never undressed to sleep there. we had tentatively booked another night but he could not do that on his premises but his friend up the road was going to give us a room in his house. The owner tried his hardest and was a very nice person and the building in and out was beautiful but the situation , not our doing , was not good.

Nice place to stay to explore Belfast

Kyle is an attentive host. The house is located in a quiet suburb. The house common areas are well equipped and organized and there's everything you need. The room was quite big, clean and comfy. Would recommend.

The house can be a little far away from downtown if you want to go walking.

Belfast arena stay

Lovely comfortable bed upstairs. Nice warm house mid terrace . Very nice room in the hosts house. Really pleasant host. No problem parking on the road. Had use of the kitchen if we wanted. Perfectly clean bathroom with in bath shower and lots of towels. We got breakfast down the road where there are a few cafes. 20 min brisk walk from the arena.

Good place, good owner, neat, tidy, cooperative and good restaurants nearby.

Kylie gave us a warm welcome. I loved the homely feel of the place. The candles were lit and the warmness was all over the place. The bed was so comfortable that I slept like a puppy. A good vibe.

Hoped to be awaken by a fairy and tell me that it's a dream. It didn't happen. Sorry for my take on humour, no negatives about this one.

Ein Aufenthalt hier fühlt sich an wie ein Besuch bei guten Bekannten in einer fremden Stadt. Gastgeber Kyle lässt einem die Ruhe, die man braucht, erzählt aber auf Nachfrage auch gerne interessante Geschichten rund um Belfast, Fußball und Musik. Zusätzlich gibt es Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Busverbindungen und guten Pubs im Stadtzentrum - leider reichte die Zeit nicht, um alles anzusehen oder auszuprobieren. Hoffentlich kann ich bald einmal wiederkommen!

Un petit déjeuner en self, copieux, location sous une ambiance 1980, notre hôte, Kyle est un vrai artiste discret ouvert et une belle personne, sincère et c'est ultra bien, une chambre au troisième niveau, une salle d'eau et les toilettes au premier niveau, déplacement sécurisé, et un petit déjeuner au rez de chaussée, cool, parking facile, et merci pour le tout, c'était cool, vraiment, Kyle, vous avez été super et l'on gardera un souvenir de vous affectueux.

La chambre est sous les toits, pour les grands, prudence sur la hauteur du plafond, le lit est avec des draps, satinés, peut-être à mettre en coton ? pour le reste, rien à redire et c'était une chouette expérience.
