Very comfortable stay

The bed is a cloud, so comfortable! The shared kitchen has everything you could need and there’s a shop just around the corner. It was a lovely walk into the centre of town. There’s also a bus station 100m down the road. Very clean. Ireland is expensive so I think it was reasonably priced for the area. Recommend :)

Overall very Nice stay

The accomodation was not in Belfast city centre, however it was very accessible through public transport (15 min by bus), which was very reliable. The hotel was reachable as I had a question about how to get there, and it was very clean.

There was a loud noise just outside our bedroom Window (room n4) and we didn't quite figure out what it was.

Excellent, Affordable Stay if staying in Belfast

Excellent and well kept rooms. Big windows and clean linen. Newly refurbished shared bathrooms which were kept clean and spotless with all the toiletries required. Well stocked kitchen with instant coffees and milk powder etc with glasses and cups kept clean that you can use. Easily commutable from Belfast city centre until late. Bus stop within hopping distance. SPAR supermarket and takeaways just behind the property. Self checkin and checkout. Thankyou so much for the wonderful stay.

Sight Seeing in Belfast

The room was very nice, the carpets lush and the mattress was very comfortable. The house is not too far away from town but we were on the doorstep to a Spar shop and some take aways - this was very handy. We had tours booked so we were gone a lot of the time and it was the perfect place to come back to relax in the evening.

Nothing to do with the property but our sat nav brought through a loyalist area when we were arriving to the house, so we were a little concerned at first but once we arrived, we knew we had nothing to worry about.

While the place was clean, easy to access, and close to a grocery store, I unfortunately had several negative experiences during my stay. First, the tenant in the neighboring room was leaving the shared bathroom in a very unclean state and clearly didn’t care to clean up after himself, which was very upsetting. Secondly, although I booked for three nights, I informed the management on my first night that I would be checking out before the second night and requested a refund for the unused night. They refused, showing no understanding or friendliness, which was disappointing. Lastly, a woman who identified herself as the owner visited the property during my stay. I shared with her some of my concerns, but she was not friendly at all. In fact, she spoke to me as if I were one of her employees, which was both unprofessional and disrespectful. Due to these issues, I decided to leave after the first night, as the atmosphere made me uncomfortable and negatively affected my experience. Thank you.

I liked the property, it was good stay.

Clean, comfortable bed, very clean two shared bathrooms and kitchen.

The property is located on a large road towards Crumlin, therefore it’s always very noisy from outside traffic. Also the window of the room was facing the SPAR supermarket and there is always something in front of it. Regardless the rules to stay quiet after 11 PM, the neighbours were still making noises: talking loudly and watching TV. Due to limited soundproofing in the property that was clearly recognisable.

It was a pleasant stay altogether, clean, comfortable and safe place to lay your head at night.

All facilities were clean, room was clean, bed was comfortable and bathrooms were clean also.

Would have been better if there was an option for a room with 2 beds. Showers were a little bit too hot but that’s better than too cold. Can only use washing machine between 3pm-9pm which restricts when you can go out if you need to wash clothes.

Host was so weird, kept walking in the room and had a very poor attitude, paid for two nights but we left after the first one because it was that bad, then we got a phone call from her saying we owed her £200 for smoking in the room when nether me nor my partner smoke lol women is delightful

Very good location. Bus stop is very close to the house and you have all these options for food literally at the back. I also like the fact you didn’t have to wait for someone to give you your keys. I love their system. House is very clean too.

Wish we could boil rice or make noodles especially if one will be staying for long, no grand meals; I get. Not a big fan of packaged rice they legit taste and feel like rubber. This is my own preference.
