Location very quiet, on the main bus route into Belfast City Centre & buses running very regular

Very cold in the property on arrival & fridge not plugged in so had to wipe water from bottom shelf. Fridge also quite noisy when trying to sleep.

Good value for money but a few things could be tweaked to make it that little bit better.

We hired a car and it was not far from the town centre. Plenty of parking available outside. The bed was comfortable.

On arrival the access to the garden was not great due to vehicles parked in driveway. The table in the garden as you walk by into the room had cigarette ends all over it. The fridge in the corner of the room was noisy at night and there was a slight smell in the bathroom. No useable mirror due to condensation after showering.

Belfast birthday trip.

Unfortunately the flat was in the garden of a house that looked like a HMO. No one there to greet us so we didn't know where to go to locate flat. The bathroom floor flooded when using the shower. The shower drain was dirty and very clogged. Very basic flat.

Much more like a hotel room than a flat. Limited places to eat in nearby though many good takeaways but no plates or forks to eat with.

Basic accommodation but very clean and comfortable with excellent bus service into Belfast.

Good communication from host explaining how to find the flat and to gain entry. Accommodation is basic but very clean and bed was comfortable. Frequent buses into Belfast and bus stop in easy walkable distance. Plenty of on-street parking available. If stunning views and grandeur are you prime motivation then find somewhere else but if you want clean, comfortable. good value for money location to explore Belfast then this is ideal.
