Great location but uncomfortable sleep

Location was ideal as we were there for a procedure in the kingsbridge hospital. Bathroom seems to have been updated and shower was lovely

The beds were very uncomfortable. The blind on the back room was broken. The lamp is at the opposite side of the room. The bed in the front room was very uncomfortable we didn’t sleep very well. The headboard hit off the wall every time you moved. The bedding needs replacing as well used. Needs a lot of updating.

Almost exactly what we needed for our short trip to Belfast.

the house was very sweet and lovely and warm. Lots of greenery which we loved and two comfy sofas in living room. Patrick was very accommodating of what turned out to be challenging very travel arrangements for me. The house was generally v cosy.

Can I suggest thicker curtains in the backroom and a bedside table with a light on it? and an ironing board (we couldn't find it?) to go with the iron. a few more mugs would be good too in the kitchen. and we couldn't find a washing machine- presume there wasn't one when we were there. Finally there is an audible trainline behind the house - earplugs were handy for me as I am a light sleeper.

Great Airbnb. Quiet street. Everything you needed in kitchen and little back yard

Good location. Plenty cafes and restaurants. Close to hospitals stadium and Queens University also fabulous botanical gardens. Direct walk into city centre approximately 40 mins also regular buses on Lisburn road.

Great location, great host, great stay

Perfect location easy to get in and out of the city and loads of great places to eat around the accomodation. The host was very accomodating with my needs and was able to provide early check in for us during the stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The train runs right behind the house so can be a bit loud if you are sleeping in the back room.

Excellent value for such a nice quiet house in the mid of Belfast

Great house, nice deco, big beds, comfy sofa, everything were clean. Excellent location as it was in a quiet street, off road from a nice busy street with so many options for good store and dinner in a walking distance.

Not easy to use the washing machine. The back yard was close to a railway so there could be (rarely) some noise from passing by trains.

A home from home

The accommodation was ideal picked key up with passcode at the door, had such a nice stay was like a home from home. The walk to the Main Street was seconds and the neighbourhood was soo quiet bar the train passing by which didn’t bother me, I enjoyed the novelty of watch in it from the living room and bedroom. The people around were so friendly parking was easily available on the street. We were lovely and warm heating when required at the press of a button.

Self Catering ..... Location -fine

Everything about the accomodation was fine........... The one problem was had was gaining access to the accomodation. We had difficulty contacting the property owner using the contact number that you had given us, so we wrote to YOU on 6th September to enquire how we might gain access. You did not reply until 12th September (the day of our due arrival) to supply us with the key box access code - but your reply arrived AFTER we had left home to travel to Belfast. So this was NOT HELPFUL. We arrived at 3pm (the time from which YOU said that the property was available to us. Again, we tried contacting the owner on the phone number that YOU had given us, but found that the line was constantly engaged/unavailable. We had no other means of contacting the owner. After numerous efforts and 1 1/2 HOURS of trying. We spoke to the next-door neighbour of the property, who fortunately was home & had in his possession a landline phone number for the the owner. He was able to speak to the owner to explain our predicament and to pass on to him our mobile telephone number. The owner was then able to phone us back to pass onto us the key-box code, whereby we were able to gain access to the property. HAD THE NEIGHBOUR NOT BEEN HOME or HAD HE NOT HAD THE PROPERTY OWNER'S LANDLINE No, WE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY. Of course, had you replied to my request for knowing how we might gain access to the property EARLIER (ie BEFORE we had left home) all of this inconvenience would have been avoided.

Great location, very close to main Lisburn Rd was easy to find using sat nav Well serviced by local transport Heating worked quickly Able to park in street Response from host (didn't meet them) very quick when reported one bedroom radiator not working, visited property and sorted problem promptly

Train line immediately at back of property! No local information or instructions on how to use heating, appliances etc Just need a few more kitchen items for guests like ourselves whom choose self catering Bedding very thin and beds not so comfortable

This cosy house is perfect for a family break. Great location, easy parking lovely house with everything ya wanted in it. Will be back as it is close to shops, restaurants, bus stop is less than 2 min away. The host was easy to communicate with and didn't need to contacted at all for anything.

My Mom Stayed here as it is in close proximity to Kingsbridge hospital where i was staying. House was perfect check in was easy and it was in a nice safe location. Is very close to the city. Best shower ever

Great little house in a nice location, not too far from the city centre. It is indeed cosy, and was perfect as a base for us. There are lots of lovely plants in the property, which was a nice running theme. The kitchen was fairly well equipped for a short stay. Bathroom was nice and clean, and the whole house was simple but smart, with cute decor. Plenty of seating in communal areas. There is a small yard, and an out house with a washer and dryer inside. Host was easy to deal with, and everything ran smoothly. We entered ourselves using a key box, and the code was sent before arrival. There are some nice shops and restaurants very close by, and good transport links Overall, very happy, and would recommend.

Mattresses were a little lumpy and thin, but not unbearably so. Headboard in one bead room was loose and banged against the wall with the slightest movement - we moved the bed away to avoid. Iron was provided, but no ironing board!

The location and host was nice but really needs to fix these problems as this could be a really good property He needs to invest in decent mattresses

We were a bit shocked at the property The floors all need to be replaced There is a lot of damp the walls The mattress on both beds are horrendous we had to sleep on the sitting room chairs Hall door has major draught Unfortunately we will not be recommending this property I would be looking for a refund as I don’t think the property is fit for purpose Walls were filthy Tons of dust under tv and mat in sitting room not clean
