Easy access and check out
I hate to say this but honesty is the best policy
So Keelan is a gentleman and very very helpful and went out of his way to accommodate my early arrival which was very much appreciated
Small wee things let it down to being perfect
Toilet room could be better cleaned (sorry keelan) and just one final point there was no lock on my room door (lock inside room) ie lock when leaving room
There is also a smell of cats of which I knew were there (cat lover) but maybe use better quality cat litter
Again if the small wee bits were taken care of them place is perfect (the host makes it feel like home and again is an absolute perfect gentleman

Lovely room. Great communications from the host. The property was spotless and super comfortable. Lots of lovely touches like having a kettle already filled with water in the room along with tea, coffee and biscuits. Very comfy bed.

The room was clean. All necessary facilities were provided (water, kettle, tea/coffee). Toilet was clean. Bathroom had all necessary amenities like towel, soaps, shampoo, bubble bath soaps.
The host was nice and warm and welcoming. Allowed us to drop our bags before the check-in time. Shared all the necessary instructions that is needed to stay in the room/house.
Toilet and bath are not attached. You have to step out of the room every time you want to use the toilet and bathroom. Control of heater is not in the room. Price can thus be adjusted downward for this discomfort.
