Handy to City!

The location is excellent for a bus to the city, only 140m to the bus stop. £5 for a day ticket! The premises was clean, everything you would need was there. Real milk for your coffee! Comfy bed and pillows. The host was lovely, helped me by carrying my heavy bag upstairs. Much appreciated.

Small room, yet still cold. Only stay in Ireland where I had to wear my jacket to bed. The parking is on the street, not on premises as stated. Would also would have been preferable to mention shared bathroom in the main listing, not halfway through the small print.

Comfortable, very friendly host, fantastic travel links

Keelan was an excellent host. Although we never met, he was really friendly, communicative and attentive to my questions. I had everything I needed for a short stay in Belfast - every little detail thought about - I felt super safe and really comfortable :-) Excellent transport links into the city centre too. Really lovely stay and highly recommend!

Front door a little tricky to close - but that could have just been me, and definitely didn't interfere with my stay!

Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place. It had everything we needed and was a great stay!

We only stayed one night, but everything was perfect! The place matched the description exactly, clean, comfortable, and very well located, just about 10 minutes’ drive from Belfast city centre. There’s convenient parking right next to the property, which was super handy. Even though we didn’t get to meet the host in person, she was very clear and helpful, sending us all the information we needed by message.

My only regret? Not getting to meet one of her famous cats, maybe next time! 🐱

Wee gem of a find!

Keelan has thought of everything here, the little touches like a mini fridge, soft drinks, kettle, toaster, teas and coffee AND hair straighteners!! Honestly the best wee place to stay if you're going to a gig in Boucher Rd or even heading into the city itself as public transport is so close by. And meeting Nyx and Elizabeth of course 🤗

Nice place for stay!

The room was literally cosy! Everything in the room was super nice and not that far from the centre. The owner was very friendly and helpful even before we arrived. The only sad thing is that we couldn't see the cats.

Nice room in well situated house in quiet neighbourhood.

The property was well situated , close to a regular bus service into Belfast city. Keelan was unable to meet us but gave excellent instructions for the property. It was lovely to be able to make tea and coffee and there was a wee fridge in our room. There were also some biscuits and snacks which was a really nice touch.

It would be ideal to have some disposable cutlery and to be able to open the window.

Everything! It was as described Cheerful and Cosy. A very comfortable bed. The host Keelan had thought of everything to make the stay a lovely experience. Tea, coffee, biscuits, etc. he even provided porridge and breakfast bars etc. you could park right outside. A lovely area with lots of restaurants and had good transport connections.

Had a grand wee stay over 2 night, Keelan and his brother both have good soul vibes making staying in their home comfort

Was just as described, cheerful & very cosy. The location was perfect for our event and price was half the cost of other nearby accommodation. The host has thought of everything you might need in the room (iron, straightener’s, hairdryer even a brolly) and the extra touches (biscuits, candles etc) were much appreciated.

Lovely and cosy room

Very welcoming and friendly host, lovely room with a comfy bed. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits available! Two cute cats roaming the house too! Bedroom view is of chunky dogs sunbathing so no complaints there.

I couldn't wash my hands after using the toilet one time as the bathroom was occupied by someone else showering. But luckily I had some hand sanitiser with me! 😁

Pleasant

The room was clean. All necessary facilities were provided (water, kettle, tea/coffee). Toilet was clean. Bathroom had all necessary amenities like towel, soaps, shampoo, bubble bath soaps. The host was nice and warm and welcoming. Allowed us to drop our bags before the check-in time. Shared all the necessary instructions that is needed to stay in the room/house.

Toilet and bath are not attached. You have to step out of the room every time you want to use the toilet and bathroom. Control of heater is not in the room. Price can thus be adjusted downward for this discomfort.
