L'emplacement était ce que nous recherchions, environnement assez calme et supérette proche, accessible à pied. Le parking devant le logement très pratique. L'accessibilité en rez de chaussée, parfait. La véranda a été appréciée. Le salon était agréable, et la taille du logement parfait pour deux personnes. L'éclairage automatique extérieur bien utile.
Il manque un éclairage permanent de la véranda pour le soir. Odeurs d'égouts dans le passage extérieur pour accéder à l’appartement. La cuisine nécessiterait un petit rafraîchissement, ainsi que la douche. Cependant bon rapport qualité/prix !

Not much.
Most things. Awkward to find. Awkward to park. Obvious damp. Crappy electric shower with broken screen door replaced with crappy curtain. Fusty odour - but that might be subjective.
