I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful.
As soon as we entered the room, the first thing we noticed was a strong and unpleasant odor. Additionally, the bed sheets smelled as though they had been washed but not properly dried, making them unsuitable for use. The most concerning issue, however, was the broken shower and damaged shower door, which rendered the bathroom facilities unusable. When we contacted the host to seek assistance and a resolution, we were simply asked to take a refund and leave the property. No apology, explanation, or expression of remorse was offered for the inconvenience and discomfort caused. This response was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, especially given the condition of the accommodation. This experience fell far below reasonable expectations and caused significant inconvenience. I believe this matter deserves serious attention, and I expect appropriate action to be taken to address both the condition of the property and the manner in which the situation was handled.

Easy public transport. But other guests could always be heard. Front door could not be closed and locked.
Was close to bus stops which could take us into town easily.
Front door could not be locked by one person, the key box was impossible to open. When we arrived another couple had taken our room keys as it is self-checkin based and got angry with us for wanting to move in to our room. Was resolved. Guests in other rooms could easily be heard at all hours. And the floor in the bathroom has lifted and there was a lot of black mould in there.

Cheap and cheerful, lots of facilities provided
Had our own bathroom, the duvet was very warm! Lots of space to store our luggage. Bed and headboard was very comfortable. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed, pots, pans, cutlery. Wifi was very fast. Parking outside.
Isn’t close to town however Belfast didn’t seem like a walkable city to me anyways. Even if we chose somewhere closer to the city centre, we probably would’ve had to drive anyways. Also not really the property’s fault, but the stairs are quite loud. The other guests were coming in late at night and vomiting loudly at 4am.

Good share house style short term accommodation
Semi modern townhouse well managed. Tidy rooms Practical kitchen with all you need to self cook ( except a slicing knife went missing ) Bathroom ok Beds really good Good bedding Excellent internet Easy self check in. Handy washing machine and drier Rooms seem to heat or cool down efficiently I saw previous reviews complaining about peacewall gates being closed. These folks need to do their research "eejits"
Towels are good but frecking small Other folks in the house constantly failed to lock the front door Back garden could do with a tidy up. One party group can quickly ruin any tidiness quickly

    Lovely, comfy accomadation
Very clean, well stocked facilities. Plenty of things like cutlery, plates, condiments etc. Available for making your own food in the kitchen. Also a washing machine and dryer available to use which is incredibly helpful. The room I was in (a single room) was spacious and very comfy as well. Incredibly well priced as well and there are plenty bus stops, shops and takeaways nearby should you ever need them.
There were a few things that could do with repairs (the bathroom window's handle is broken off and can't be closed and when I went to lock the bathroom door at one point the lock just fell off, so those could do with being fixed) Not necessarily the accomadations fault but one night on my way home I found out that there was a large portion of neighbourhoods surrounding the area that were locked up and gated from 9pm. So it took me an two hour walk to get home one night as I had to walk all the way around and then back down. Wasn't very comfortable and I didn't get home until 1am. So the location in this sense isn't the best.

    Great!
Generally it was a great place to stay - no real issues.
The other housemates were a little inconsiderate with noise, though I realise this is not something the accomodation can control.
