Clean. Contemporary design.
Wasn’t aware there were professional or semi professional starting work at 5am.
I considered myself as considerate to others by walking bare footed around the house at 1am to smoke in the garden.
Was scolded and threatened to kick me out without politeness.
Be aware only good for guests asleep and not leave the room by 11pm
Host is nice prior to the incident.

The free breakfast was a good touch and initially the staff were friendly
Property is expensive for being so far out of the town, the bed had hair on it and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. The checkout time is insanely early- 9am. In the morning my Uber was 10 minutes late and the host was passive agrressive that I hadn’t left the property at exactly the time despite everything being out of my room. They then sent a text message of a screen shot of the check out time (it was literally ten minutes past) and I felt so uncomfortable that I ended up waiting outside in the rain for an extra five minutes on the Uber. Wouldn’t recommend - just buy yourself breakfast and stay somewhere closer in town as you’ll have to spend near 20 quid on an Uber anyway.
