There was everything you need. Hot shower, kettle, microwave, warm comfy bed... Also some snacks from the owner which I really appreciate. Anything you need was in the cabin like you can live there normally like in an apartment :)

Excellent overall

It was like having you're own little place. It's a simple bus journey or walk into town. It's a quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable bed. There was cereal, coffee and teas, and fruit, fresh orange. A TV was there but I didn't try it. Simple booking instructions, very good communication from the owner. Highly recommended stay. Thanks Kathy ( hope I've spelt your name correctly!)

Location was ideal.Host was friendly and helpful. Provisions provided were excellent. Water temperature of shower and facilities was fantastic. Lovely and hot. Lots of unexpected extras.

Outside area and approach to accomodation was a bit untidy and not very welcoming. Outside bench and table could do with a clean and very dirty ashtray full to brim with butts. Interior walls might be better papered or repainted.

Welcoming friendly and helpful host. Good communication. Clean well equipped garage/apartment.

Bus 4d literally drops you off front of the property. Other buses aren't far either. Just an hour walk from Titanic through a park including The Witch and the Wardrobe statues, with no traffic. Good communication from the host, great selection of welcome food/ breakfast, fridge, microwave, kettle, plates, little table to eat. We do not normally share a double bed as find two singles or a super king size better fit for us, however it was ok for the 4 nights.

Layout could be better, like towels hanging in the bathroom rather then in the room, TV could be front of bed not in a corner, although TV reception was not always great, not that we had time to watch much so was not a problem for us. The hot tub was out of action, as had a puncture the day before we arrived, not the hosts fault as she got a repairman straight out, however they only had the parts arriving when we left. We would have loved the hot tub after 7-10 miles of walks. We would come back to the property again as the hot tub is a great feature.

Poor

Catherine first she was nice and helpful. But the toilet is too much noise specially when you flush. Pillow was smelly and uncomfortable. The room wasn’t clean when turn over to me. Then last, i was in the point that my partner was come to come with me then it’s because 10pm I go home . I ask her if my partner can sleep with me as whole day I’m not in the room. But he ask me to go out that night because from the room because I insisted her if my partner can sleep and didn’t tell me early. She said, I’m gonna find other room that night with my partner and return my 2 days payments from her, so leave that night. but in the morning she didn’t give full 2 days as my things is in the room even I’m not staying there whole day, opposite of what she told me when I kick me out from her place that night and leave. She’s not being nice and she have the house rules but she didn’t tell me first what’s the house rules is.

Location was great for an overnight stopover in Belfast. Room was comfy and clean, host was accommodating for our arrival time and the kitchen was well stocked and very useful.

Travelling for business, this property was perfect for an overnight stay.

Breakfast was fresh fruit, porridge, milk and yoghurt in the fridge, tea and coffee facilities, even small chocolate bars. Much more than I expected. The room, a converted garage, was spacious, clean and comfortable Cathy is an excellent host, a very warm welcome, I would definitely recommend and return.

Just a small point, the curtain over the door might need to be replaced.

Super nice and cosy night.

I liked Cathy's treatment, very attentive and always with a smile on her face. She was also very patient with me as I don't have the best level in English. Besides that the room was great, I didn't expect to have food available which saved me time in going to have breakfast in a cafe. Super great, I recommend it 100%.

The only negative assessment, and it is no such thing, would be the unavailability of adapters for European chargers. That would be the final touch.

Eu vim para Belfast com o meu namorado para uma pequena viagem de fim de semana. A localização do alojamento era muito boa, perto dos transportes e longe da confusão. A host Cathy foi muito simpática e querida.

A limpeza foi péssima, a casa estava suja e os lençóis manchados. Não foi confortável de dormir devido a isso.
