The staff were unbelievably caring, polite, professional and down to earth. Cathy kept checking on me throughout my stay. This is something you'll never find anywhere else.
The bin wasn't emptied when I got the room the first day. The room wasn't cleaned during my stay and so I found this a little unusual, especially when there is such a lovely and caring staff looking after you.

Everything from host Cathy, too the rooms. Perfect room with small fridge, microwave and toaster in it. Cathy is really nice, friendly and very helpful.

The host was great, had great communication with regards to allowing a last minute booking.
Place was warm and comfortable when I arrived.
The location is a bit tricky if you're not used to the area.

Nice host. Felt safe and easy location for city centre.
Was generally fine. Value for money . A couple of suggestions for improvement. Bathroom bin had not been emptied from previous guests and toilet seat around hinges wasn't clean . Sweeping out under bed needed. Bed a bit squeaky.
